Customer service above and beyond

Wrote a review on their website re a product not being quite suitable for my son. It wasn't clear from the description. I wasn't looking for or expecting any comeback.

However, I was contacted by the customer service department who were very eager to correct any dissatisfaction or disappointment that I may have experienced.

The outcome was very generous and unexpected.

Good range of products. Great customer service. Would definately recommend!

Great customer service!

I bought some stocking fillers from the Qwerkity catalogue - part of the presentsformen website.
Unfortunately there were problems with two of the items: catapulting soft toys that came apart at the seams and snapped. I emailed the customer service team and received a very helpful and polite email very promptly promising that replacements would be sent out immediately. The replacements arrived a few days later. Excellent.
