Presidents Choice raison bread is long on bread but short on raisins and cinnamon! I find myself sprinkling more cinnamon on the product! Sun Maid is better!

Ripped off again.

I have bought PC lightly seasoned peanuts for several years. Recently, the seasoning material has increased significantly, which adds to the net weight of the container contents, which means there are fewer peanuts and more seasoning, which means you’re getting ripped off once again by President’s Choice at Loblaws. For sure, I am switching to the unsalted peanuts if I don’t drop PC altogether. I just hate it when I get ripped off by devious companies.

Customer service is nonexistent!

Delivery is a joke - drivers can leave perishable items anywhere they wish - in the lobby of a complex or in front of any door they decide is good! Joining PC Express is a ripoff since they do not care if you are unable to retrieve your order. If you are sick or physically unable to retrieve your order - the reason you pay for delivery to your door - PC’s great fix is a point gift of $20 - does not matter how much you paid for products that are garbage after sitting who knows where. Time to switch to another grocery provider!!

Most comments seem to be complaints - not mine!

Most comments seem to be complaints. I want to say how much we have enjoyed the PC Atlantic Salmon Burgers (Product of Poland!)
The quality was good in taste and freshness and flakiness of the salmon. I used two patties on their own with a white sauce and vegetables on the side and the other two I cut up into chunks and made a pasta casserole with shredded carrots, peas, and a sauce made with Dijon and regular mustard, mayo, and mushroom soup. It was delicious. Good quality product. #60383 08360

How is this company thriving

How is this company thriving? I rarely buy anything from this company but saw this 900 gram butter chicken on sale. Regular price 15 dollars. It's literally a cheap of rice, a cup of sauce and maybe 3/4 of one chicken breast. I'm appalled and insulted. I also rarely return food but this will be going back tomorrow.

I bought the President's Choice Blue…

I bought the President's Choice Blue menu meat lasagna. It was literally pasta sitting in tomato sauce. Inedible. The so-called meat was blended in a blender, you could barely see it in a microscope. Absolutely no texture of me at all. What a pile of crap. Liquid crap

Seventh Circle of hell

Seventh Circle of hell. Heaven help anyone who calls Presidents Choice Mastercard’s customer service. I waited for almost 2 hours, the first time, when my account was compromised. I’ve had to call back twice since, the same misery.
Use this card at your peril. Just hope you never have to call customer service.

President's Choice Butter Puff Pastry

President's Choice Butter Puff Pastry - The name is right that it contains Butter, but it also contains Vegetable Oil which research shows is a known carcinogenic. This product is made in Greece and contains ingredients that should be shameful to the other President's Choice products. Will not buy President's Choice Products -- their standards are lowered down to a VERY LOW LEVEL.

Food picture on the box is totally misleading

My wife brought up some boxes of Presidents Choice Chicken Korma and Butter Chicken from the freezer. The pictures of the food on the box do not even come close to what is in the box. There were about 3-4 pieces of meat in each (taking up a quarter of the tray while the rest was sauce). The boxes show 8 pieces of meat all the same size whereas the contents had about 2 reasonable pieces and the rest were tiny. What a rip off!!!!

PC Free-From bone Turkey Breast

PC Free-From bone in, skin on Turkey Breast. Looks great, sounds great, cooked properly - mislabeled should read - Shoe Leather - Tasteless and Tough like you would not believe. I think these are "old layer birds" they should be let out in green fields to live out their lives. Not butchered and sold off as something suggesting quality meat - "free from" - what does that mean? Free from taste, tenderness, and quality - yet sold at premium prices. Is this another -Rip Off from Galen Western.

Pass on the rice pudding…

Purchased a tin of PC Creamed Rice Pudding. Was kind of like opening a can of sweetened evaporated milk and finding something resembling rice in the runny mixture. At almost five bucks for 400g, not worth it. You can practically buy two tubs of Kozy Shack rice pudding for the cost of one can of this tripe.

KEY LIME PIE DISAPPOINTMENT

I was having company and picked up a frozen key lime pie for dessert. The picture on the box looked perfect and i held out hope that it would look and taste delish. Time came to open box…and any hope of a delicious dessert went out the window! It looked like lemon pie or a custard pie.. not in the least like lime! No lime taste neither. My husband who is used to my key lime took one bit and threw it in the garbage! This pie in PC’s lineup badly needs an overhaul for color and taste ! I wish I’d served the box!

Pointless company.

Try and get the points as advertised that you are entitled to and you will be endlessly frustrated. What a dishonest company. I wouldn't invest in any of their financial products no matter how enticing. You're going to get it but good. Keep away.
