I want to thank Keith and his team for all the hard work they put in to convert our narrow single garage and make it a reality. Keith and his team were great, he was able to look at the space and visualise what could be done.
The space was for my disabled husband who at the time was sleeping in our lounge. It has made such a difference to our mental health but also giving privacy back to my husband.

We were thoroughly impressed with Prestige Loft Conversion, which handled our loft conversion. The quality of their work was exceptional, and the team consisted of highly skilled specialists. They completed the project on schedule, kept costs reasonable, and maintained superb communication throughout. We now have a beautiful, functional space that adds value to our home. Keith and his team completed a loft conversion for us at the beginning of 2024, inclusive of a dormer, two bedrooms and a bathroom. They have done an incredible job and it's an unbelievable transformation.
The team worked super hard and were also incredibly polite and understanding of the fact that we still had to live in the house whilst the work was done.
The team cleaned up nicely at the end of every day and went out of their way to ensure they didn't disrupt our daily lives too much!
The team kept to the timings of the build and didn't over run. They were very accommodating to any snagging work which needed doing at the end of the project and ensured that everything was completed before we paid our final instalment.
I would highly recommend Prestigious Loft Conversions, they are really helpful through the whole build and give really helpful advise on all areas of the build. Couldn't have asked for a better team!

When someone arrives at your house and you feel a great sense of trust from the moment they start talking that is a great thing, considering the money that you are potentially out laying. Well what can you say, Keith is one of a kind, quirky,quick witted, humorous and knowledgeable. From the outset I felt at ease and totally comfortable that he proceeded to sit on my sofa with the comments of I need to test the sofas out if I'm gonna be doing the project here... at that point we had t discussed a thing, but at that moment I was fully at ease.

He made himself at home and instantly won over all my 4 young children straight away which is a real feat.

Well onto the build, he delivered everything we asked, his eye for detail and the way he plans and executes the day is amazing.

Then their is the team, I have after 3 builds never met such a dedicated hard working team that he has, they are so polite and nothing is ever to much hassle. And at the end of everyday our house was spotless, clean hovered everything. If you walked in you would not know our roof had been removed and replaced with a dormer, or that walls and ceilings had been taken down. Truly amazing team led by a great man you will have your build of your dreams with prestige we did

Keith and his Team have been working for us for a few weeks now converting our garage into an annexe. Everyday they are a joy to deal with, very polite and courteous, nothing is too much trouble and they all work so hard, arriving on time. I’ll actually miss them when they’ve gone.. these guys know exactly what they are doing and am sure I will return again for further projects.

Keith and his team were amazing completing our loft conversion. From the beginning Keith was professional and helped us with ideas on how the rooms and everything would fit in for the best. The team turned up everyday on time and were always polite and professional and nothing was too much for them. The work was completed on time and within budget. I would highly recommend prestige to anyone looking for a loft conversion.

Made an appointment with keith over 12 months ago for a loft conversion quote but he failed to keep two appointments with excuses after the event. We tried again 12 months later and made an appointment which he also didn't turn up for. When I contacted keith he told me that he must have cancelled my appointment by mistake and couldn't re appoint until he had his diary infront of him. During my phone call to keith to verify why he hadn't turned up, he even tried to tell me that I had the wrong number, he was rude and un apologetic. If this is how he treats potential customers I am glad we found out before employing his services. I do wonder how he stays in business!!!

A great performance from Keith and all his team – we are so happy with the results, and so glad we chose Prestige Lofts. The team finished ahead of schedule and on budget, working professionally and considerately – which was particularly important given the Covid restrictions throughout the project. They communicated with us consistently, offering helpful advice and practical solutions to our queries, giving us plenty of time to make decisions. We would not hesitate to recommend Prestige Lofts to friends, family…. or indeed anyone else! Our children have all remarked how sad they are to see the team go and are missing their good humour and company. Thank you, Prestige Lofts!

Keith and his team were fantastic through the whole process. Keith was able to fit us into their busy schedule when we were let down by another company, something I will always be grateful for as I am sure it wasn't easy.
Jason and the team on site completed the job to a much higher standard than we could have ever expected. All of the team were friendly and tidied up after themselves on a daily basis. They made the whole process very easy we always knew what the plan was for the next day.
I could not recommend these guys highly enough!

Keith and his team did a major renovation on my bungalow - total new roof including structure, staircase removed and repositioned, utility room knocked down and rebuilt, walls removed downstairs to create open plan living and the entire property replastered, rewired to a very high standard. Both bathrooms were installed as well as the kitchen. The guys worked with me making tweaks on the fly and I now have a tiny 2 bed house converted into stunning 4 bed house I can be proud of. I have recommended to others as a job well done and to cost. Thanks guys.
