Honestly I have never experienced a garage like it ! Nick has been absolutely fantastic with my car. He has gone above and beyond for me. I've had such a bad experience with my car and the dealer i bought it from. From the beginning Nick has provided excellent care and expertise. His garage fixed many problems with my car and went above and beyond to try and find a solution.... nick called me regularly to update me and always took care and consideration with the situation. I always felt valued as a customer ! If only he wants so far from my home address I would 100% use him every time ! If only all garages were like this !

Not only that they are polite and friendly…

I even got the car collected free! Use them and you won’t be disappointed.

These guys are fantastic. They are honest, reliable, and look out for you. They have always been up front. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

My journey with them was superb. They have taken care of my insurance from the beginning. One thing that separates them from the other is their knowledge about the bmw engineering and they are too good.

Guys like them are not easy to find and i have found out my preferred garage from now onward.

What a place..!
Had my new 1 series not even a week and it broke down with engine management light. Took it to prestige and had it diagnosed and had the parts delivered and fitted that day. They also dealt with the warranty company for me I didn’t have to do a thing. And the car was fully cleaned Inside and out on return. Can’t recommend highly enough. Will defiantly come back ! Cheers

This company has taken care of my vehicles for over 5 years, any change in vehicle is taken to Prestige to check and maintain (MOT, Servicing, Repairs, Maintenance).

This company is by far the best I have ever dealt with they are trustworthy and very transparent in all their dealings.

Prestige has very skilled staff, excellent equipment, and technology.

Staff are very polite and helpful, Nick, Chris, and the team.

Nick is extremely helpful and goes out of his way to explain issues with the vehicle, and what is required to repair it.

With Prestige, I have the peace of mind that my vehicle is being taken care off.

I am a very satisfied customer.

Nick also goes out of his way to considerably cut the costs of the repairs by looking into other options

I have now used this company twice and I can say they are nothing short of brilliant.
The service is great and the staff are very skilled and reassuring.
I took my car to a main dealer previously. who took my money and fobbed me off.
These guys were up front and resolved my issue within 24 hours.
Couldn't recommend them higher.
