Took day off work and waited for delivery. Got an email to say fencing & posts had been delivered: they hadn’t, not to me anyway. There is no way to contact the delivery company, they instruct you to contact the seller.
So now I’m waiting to hear back from Prestige Wicker where this delivery actually is. I ordered online because i cannot carry heavy objects from a garden centre. I paid £10 for delivery.
Unless they can deliver it to my address as arranged I’ll be calling my bank to do a chargeback/ cancel the payment. So far, would not recommend.

Product as expected, looks great.

Absolutely love these edging panels, very easy to install. I garden for wildlife and as such only like natural materials to give a natural look in the garden, these are perfect.

Very poor service.

The quality of the product is fine however the afrer care and genral customer service is incredibly poor.

They refuse to take countabilty and take no action to reslove issues.

They have repeatedly ignored my requests for to arange a collection of some fence posts and have only replied with anonymous and patiriosing emails, not adressing my complaint or my request.

They claim not have a facility to return items yet have no problem in taking your money and arrange delivery.

Im sure if nothing goes wrong you would be perfectly satisfied however you can tell a lot from a company from whom they treat you when thjng dint always go to plan so for this reason I would not recommend.

Frustratingly I actuly needed another 30m of fencing but I have now sourced this with a other supllier. I sugest you do the same for your project.

Bought some screening from here after getting some excellent panels a year or two so. The screening is exactly as described - they make great products!

Will continue to buy from them in the future.

We are really happy with the two orders of willow hurdles from Prestige Wicker. They arrived quickly and were well packaged. Prestige do however need to change their courier - on both occasions the courier left the hurdles outside the gate, in the lane - even though I left at note at the gate asking them not to do so!!

Please stop plaguing me with review requests- definitely spoiling my shopping experience!
