Love your products and the customer relations. Keep up the good work! I wanted to add earlier that all of the greeting cards for birthday are now done by hand, thanks to your beautiful pens. I received the pencil drawing set from…
I received the pencil drawing set from Prestigify in the 12 days of Christmas giveaway. I’ve never owned such a nice pencil set before. I sketched a couple things to paint with my watercolors and just love the variety and quality of the lead in the pencils. I always thought a pencil was a pencil until I used these. There is definitely a huge difference. The set also came with a sharpener, erasers and charcoal pencils, just amazing! Thank you so much for this lovely set that came in it’s own vinyl wrap case.

It was disappointing that the delivery fees to Canada were so steep, unavoidable, perhaps, but still a deterrent. I apprec8that my concerns were taken into consideration and efforts made to find a mutually satisfactory solution.

Product is awesome, but support is not that awesome.
I have purchased some product from Prestigify. I had some problem from the courier side while importing the product. So, I raised a ticket. The seller take long time to reply for any queries. In my case, the seller took more than 2 days to reply back to my queries. The seller should improve their customer support. The product I received was awesome.
