Working with Dai and Katie is an absolute pleasure. From initial contact through planning, design and implementation the whole process is superb. We now have a media wall and complementary hi-fi set up which are quite simply superb. The attention to detail is stunning. Would highly recommend that you choose Dai and Katie.

We found Preston & Co via Which? trusted traders after we moved to the area. Initially, Dai Preston redesigned our kitchen & utility room which involved a complete rip out of the old kitchen, appliances, plumbing, tiling etc, and then installing the new kitchen, extractor fan, lighting, integrated dishwasher, fridge and worktops. He and his team were very professional and thorough and we were happy with the result. Subsequently, Dai has also replaced our entire ensuite shower room including new lighting, plumbing and taking out most of the walls and ceilings and replacing. We have also asked him to do the same in our downstairs cloakroom, so we are clearly very happy with Dai and his company.

Cannot recommend Dai at Preston & Co in Melksham highly enough. When I was having problems during the pandemic sourcing a Bora hob I desperately wanted he went out of his way to find me one. Nothing was too much trouble, delivering to my door and even supplying extra parts when needed he was so helpful. Also his knowledge on products has been really helpful. Thank you Dai, a great local company to deal with.

We continue to be delighted with our kitchen designed and fitted by Dai Preston in 2019. However, after two and a half years we had a minor problem with an oven which AEG seemed unable to resolve until Dai intervened on our behalf and a repair was quickly carried out. Dai recently installed a new intergrated washing machine for me and I was delighted with the result.He was punctual,very helpful and a calm meticulous worker.
He observed COVID guidelines and when the job was complete, he carefully cleared up,wiping all surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes.I was mightily impressed and would most warmly recommend him for any work you have in kitchen or bathroom.My kitchen looked better than when he started.A true professional.Thank you Dai.

It was a pleasure working with Dai, who I find to be very reliable, friendly and a great communicator, which was essential in the development of his newly acquired Grade two listed Commercial Property.

We had a free kitchen consultation last week and were very pleased with how it went. Dai was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all our questions and make some good suggestions. The showroom is a good size and we were able to see lots of different samples and colours. We came away with lots of new ideas!

From the moment we walked into Preston &Co,showroom we knew that the new
kitchen was going to be marvellous.the attention to detail ,all the questions
answered, nothing was to much trouble,so very proffessional in everyway.

Would not hesitate to recommend Preston & co, with the excellent workmanship and care taken over ever detail. From the first meeting to discuss our requirements, we were kept up to date on progress and a date for the product to be installed. Really pleased with the finished kitchen and utility room.

We called into the showroom and discussed our requirements with Dai, who listened and together explored various options. We were impressed with the way Dai listened to us and didn't try to give us design ideas that we did not want.
The kitchen layout which he provided met and exceeded all our expectations. We made slight adjustments to this and Dai was very happy to do so and also offered different options to choose from.
We were very pleased with the level of service and the installation of the kitchen was also fitted to a very high standard.
We do not hesitate to recommend Dai to anyone looking to purchase a new kitchen.
