Ordered the nostalgic nineties bath bomb box and it’s gorgeous! The bath bombs smell incredible. Bought as a gift but had to have a sneak peek at the inside and I love it, I don’t want to give it away as a gift now! Cutely packaged and nice personal touches on invoice etc

I bought the bundle of 6 10ml perfumes. They all smell divine especially the snow fairy one. My only criticism would be the label covers the bottle so I won't know when to reorder!!

Ordered from pretty suds and the products are amazing I ordered pumpkin spiced latte, room spray diffuser oil and shower souffle. And the snow fairy purfume wow the smell smells just like the original I'm in love. Will definitely be back for more products soon 💕

Pretty Suds has become my go-to for bath bombs now. They're always so colourful and smell beautiful, and they're so much cheaper than some of the bigger brands. I get the monthly subscription box, which is a joy to receive every time. The mystery boxes of imperfect bath bombs are great value too, most of the time they're just slightly misaligned, but they still work perfectly in the bath.
I recently bought some of the perfumes too, and they're amazing. They smell just like the high end brands, and unlike many cheap fragrances, they actually last a decent amount of time.
Excellent company and lovely products, I wholeheartedly recommend!

Ordered myself a box of bath bombs after looking for somewhere other than Lush and wow I was so impressed! The price is so reasonable at £15 for a box of 5 bath bombs. They smell amazing, strong but not over powering, and the moulds are so impressive (I got the Toy Story inspired box). So pleased and happy to support a lovely small family business.

they had a delay just due to popularity but kept me updated. the communication is great. the Mario box was for my (33 year old) boyfriend's birthday and he absolutely loved it! along with a "sauvage" and "creed" which he found amazing. ordered the "pokemon" box this time and it comes soon yay

I love pretty suds and im a regular customer, they always have stuff that doesnt irritate my skin, and it all smells amazing. The shower souffles and perfumes are great

This business has such a personal touch, I ordered some bath bombs for myself as well as a Christmas gift for a family member. Chloe reached out to me and went above to ensure this dispatched in time and even with all the delivery issues going on at the moment they arrived so quickly!
The products themselves are amazing, they all smell unreal, bright pigmented colours and such original ideas. I can highly recommend and will continue to use for myself and as gifts for friends/family.

Super company having ordered before I can say the producers are the best. They have went above and beyond this time though I ordered for my daughters for Christmas and missed the cut off for delivery due to the Royal Mail strikes paid for 2nd class but they have sent first class off their own back to make sure I receive them in time for Christmas. Very nice to deal with a company that cares.

I’ve ordered many times now from Pretty Suds and i’ve always been blown away by the quality of the products and the customer service. Especially this year, their range has been huge and just seems to get better and better! They are most definitely the best affordable bath bombs on the market - I find most dry my skin out but I’ve never found that with these. Just received my latest order from them (very promptly I might add, given the strikes and time of year!) and the products all smell amazing - especially the snow fairy bubble wand and the gingerbread man! Can’t wait to use them and would highly recommend trying their products! It’s crazy to think it’s a small family run business given the quality and variety they offer.

I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, but my most recent experience has led me to decide to not use this company again.

I placed an order for 12 bath bombs on 15th October.after placing, the company advised they had too many orders so were temporarily shutting their store to catch up. I received my order on 27th October, and 75% (9 out of 12 bath bombs) were missing.

I contacted the company, emailed several times, and messaged on Instagram. I was told I had been contacted, and I had not. I eventually received contact from them on 21st November. I was told they had been away for 2 weeks and had some tech issues, which is why I didn’t receive a response. They advised a full replacement order was processed for me on 21st Nov.

We are now on 3rd December, and my order hasn’t even been passed to Royal Mail yet. My emails aren’t being responded to.

I have been waiting for 7 weeks, and I am still no closer to receiving my order. I have now asked for a refund instead, and hope the company will honour this.

I have been ordering from Pretty Suds for a few years shopping online. Yesterday I decided to take a drive to the shop. What a wonderful business that smells Devine. Lots of products available and it was nice to see where the magic happens. I came away with lots of goodies for presents for Christmas as my daughter swears by the products. Will definitely come again. THANKYOU for making our experience welcoming. We will definitely be back after Christmas as my daughter “needs” to come with me x
