Made an order almost 6 weeks ago. Kept up to date with their social media on dispatches. Messaged 3 times and still not had an answer on where my order is. I understand the current climate we are in but an answer back as to whether I’m going to actually receive the order I paid for would be gratefully appreciated...

My stay at home bath bundle arrived today. The bath bombs are huge and look gorgeous, the bath jellies are so cool and unique and everything smells, divine. Literally can't wait until bath time! 😍😍😍

I ordered some bits off the website and also subscribed to the monthly box!

I am so glad I have subscribed there are 5 amazing bath bombs it is such good value!

All the items smell as described I can't wait to use them all!

Signed up for the subscription box in April and I am so so happy with the 5 bath bombs I received!!! Absolutely gorgeous scents, wonderful colours, and they leave your skin super soft with the almond oil ♥️ Incredible value for money also. It took a little while to receive my order, but it was 1000000% worth the wait, and I don’t mind waiting a bit longer with the way things are in the world at the moment! Really helpful customer service and I cannot fault the quality of the products, perfect in every way! Thank you so much!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I recently signed up for the monthly subscription box from prettysudsuk and I’ve just started making my way through my second box, the April one. The bath bombs have all been absolutely stunning! They’ve all smelt so wonderful and have performed magically in the water. I have particularly loved the little clouds in the April box. They’re so unique and absolutely amazing value for money. I’d 100% recommend having a splurge and indulging in some of the incredible bombs prettysudsuk make 💗

My boys loved their bath bombs! The scents were incredible and the products were gentle on the skin (my eldest suffers with sensitive skin and eczema).
We will definitely be ordering again!

I signed up for the April monthly subscription box and money was taken on 15th. April and I still haven’t received my box and what’s worse is I haven’t had a single reply to any emails or social media messages I’ve sent. Absolutely shocking. So they’ve taken my money, not been able to meet demand of orders and are now ignoring all messages and I’m not the only person it’s happened to. All you have to do is go on their Instagram and read the comments. I’m at a loss of how to get my money back and I’m clearly not going to receive it from the company. I get that staff numbers are reduced and safety measures must be in place but they’ve obviously taken on more orders than they can fulfil which if they messaged and explained would be fine but to completely ignore any message is such terrible customer service. I would definitely not recommend and just want my money back.

Let me preface this by saying I hate leaving bad reviews and usually never do however, I feel this is needed. I ordered on the 18th April the subscription which all seemed fine. However I did not recieve any information about a dispatch and had to email the company on the 4th May checking I had signed up to the right subscription. I still have not recieved a reply to that email. The subscrption then got dispatched and luckily I have recieved my order but I can see many other people who have not. I sent another follow up email before recieving the order but have not had any replies.

I understand there is a pandemic and I understand it is a small business hence why I wanted to support this company but there is no excuse for taking so long to reply to customer emails. I would have been satisfied if I had heard a "sorry its taking so long we're working on it on x date"

Safe to say I have cancelled my subscrpition.

Before buying please check their instagram page and the comments there I am clearly not the only one.

Love the bath bombs and crumble. They smell and look amazing

I have not long received my subscription box and additional orders of bath bombs and wax melts and I can honestly say I am hooked!

So far I have used the Lemon Drop bath bomb and the Alicorn and both times my bath have been incredibly infused and my skin left soft and silky!

I have used a bubble from my wax bar and my room smells amazing! These scents are unique and full the room with a powerful aroma!

You will not be disappointed with a Pretty Suds order I promise!

Best bath bombs I have ever received and for a great price! Really impressed by the quality and presentation and will definitely be buying from them again. Really pleased with the subscription box too. Highly recommend Pretty Suds! :)

I've wanted some of their products for a while and was gifted a set of bath bombs from a friend. Truly overjoyed and extremely excited to use them! Especially the White Elf bath bomb as I do love glitter.

The Alicorn bath bomb is a rainbow and my Autistic son (who usually hates Bath time) is very excited to use it and have a "rainbow bath"!

I have bought from pretty suds 4 times now, and have never been disappointed. Occasionally they do imperfect boxes which are a great way to reduce waste and also try a range of the products.

The bath bombs are beautifully fragranced, brightly coloured and super fizzy.

My little boy loves the bath crumble(broken bits) and the bath jelly.

Just recently we've had to wait a while to receive our order, but with the current pandemic, increased demand for home comforts and postal delays you shouldn't complain, and they're definitely worth the wait.

They do a monthly subscription box, which I am going to treat myself to.

Shocking customer service. Part of my order was missing which I know happens but 6 weeks later and after initially being promised replacements, all messages and emails are now being ignored so I’ve opened a PayPal dispute.

I won’t take ‘I’m a 1 woman customer service team’ or ‘there’s only a few of us running the business’ as an excuse. I run a small business myself and if you’re out of your depth, then don’t take more orders until you have satisfied existing customers who have already paid.

Will not be ordering again as I’m so disappointed. Looking at the reviews I see I’m not the only one.

Ordered the egg bath bombs and the liquid hand sanitizer, the smells from the box are amazing. Just gotta remember the hand sanitizer is liquid 😂😂

I placed my order for the Stay at Home bundle on the 5th April and it arrives the following week.

The bundle was full of lovely homemade bath products which are lovely for a bath lovely especially in our very stressful climate.

I received a second delivery today (2nd May) in error so I reached out to the owners via Instagram to explain the issue and offered to return the parcel.

They said “no”.

There only request was that I pass the bundle on to somebody else who would appreciate the products and hopefully add some sunshine into their day.

Over the moon with both my orders, ordered 3 bath bombs the first time to try them and then went and ordered an egg box each for me and my mum! The smell is absolutely amazing, your skin feels beautiful after a bath. My dogs absolutely love them aswel, everytime the delivery has come they’ve been pawing and sniffing non stop at the boxes! Next step doggy friendly bath bombs haha
