Absolutely love the bath bombs from Pretty Suds! They're so bright and smell amazing. My children love them too, as do their friends who we have gifted to.

I’m sad to write this email as pretty Suds have always been great to me in the past but I have sent three emails to customer care which have been ignored.
This is not good enough :(

The Christmas bath bombs were lovely. Boots had sold out so had ordered them direct. Unfortunately didn't get them in time for the school secret santa's but found other grateful recipients.

I love Pretty Suds bathbombs. So much nicer than a certain well-known High St chain and with the added bonus of supporting a small local-ish business.
4 stars rather than 5 because I purchased 29/11/2019, got confirmation of shipping on 03/12/2019 and yet I only received them today 18/12/2019. I totally missed my work secret santa swap date and had to go and buy an emergency high street chain replacement gift anyway.
Oh dear I will have to keep the Pretty Suds bathbombs for myself. What a shame ;)

After buying one bath bomb at the recent Lincoln Christmas market, I was very impressed which led to a larger online purchase. Both of my daughters were over the mood with their unicorn bath bombs too. Will definitely be buying again.

Placed my order, received nothing. No idea if this company is even still trading, hoping to get a refund via PayPal.

Unfortunately I couldn’t give less than one star (( dreadful service, unreliable company , very expensive postage £6 and after 8 days we still didn’t receive our order .

Appalling customer service never recieved my items so asked for a refund for 2 separate orders which I told had been issued only received a refund for one all messages I've sent regarding this have been ignored.
So have now had to open a dispute with my bank as they can see no pending refund. These were Christmas presents for my disabled son which they knew & which you have technically stolen off him as I have not received the goods or a refund.

I received my order on 24th October. A number of the 'bath dust' products had split bags meaning when I opened it they spilled out all over, the box also arrived half open. Contacted customer service on the same day, got a reply on 31st October asking if I wanted to replace the items or get a gift voucher. Opted for replacements, keep chasing them and emailing but never received replies.
I dmed their Instagram on Friday 15th Nov to be told "You'll get a reply first thing monday morning" only got one yesterday (25th) asking if I have got them but I haven't because they clearly haven't sent any out.

I've ordered before and everything has been fine but it shows if theres an issue with your order they'll just ignore you. There's clearly no customer service at all and I feel bad for anyone else who has an issue with their order.

Still waiting for my order that I placed on 23rd October. I realise there have been exceptional circumstances but I have not been provided with an update of how long it will take.I would have appreciated some communication.

Just received my third delivery and as usual absolutely amazing cannot reccomend them enough so friendly and helpful too.

The whole household love pretty suds washing from lush but move to pretty suds over a year ago and are always happy with the products
