After going to the perollar.com site, measuring and reading all the info. I ordered a knee brace 18 days later it arrived. The bag is labeled the size I ordered however it is only half the diameter of the size I ordered. The measurement I recieved is an inch in diameter smaller than the smallest size they offer on the site even!
Emailed and sent photos for 2 days, then I was told I could mail it to China (refund in 30 days +shipping costs) or keep it for a 50% discount. I will keep emailing until I receive the free return label offered on the website. I am starting to think it is a scam!

What I thought I was purchasing and what I received were not the same. I am trying to send it back for a refund but the website seems to be down or gone. I think I have been scammed! Very frustrated 😠

Horrible, cheap looking nylon fabric hoodies. The print is washed off. Nothing like on the photos. Wate of hard earned money, you can't get an answer and no refund! Terrible company.... should be illegal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered 5 garments. 3 were sent almost immediately but were not what was shown on the website and did not match the product description. They were, in fact, copies of the image printed on cheap, acrylic sweatshirts. The remaining 2 garments shipped some time later AFTER I had told them to not ship them and to refund my money. Do not order from them. You will be highly disappointed. I hope karma does it job for these scammers.

I ordered 4 items all the same size. 2 fit, 1 had a hole in it and one was only vaguely similar to what the pic showed and was no where close to the right size. They refuse a refund offering coupons instead. They don't get the fact that I will not order from them again and do not want a coupon. Products are cheap looking and feeling. I have had 20 plus emails with them to no avail so have now given up and will put this experience on the list of things not to do again. So yes, as the other reviews state we have been scammed. Stay clear of this outfit.

I ordered 4 sweaters with cats printed on. The quality is the cheapest one you can get in the market I wrote to customer service and the told me that if I return de items I will have to pay por the parcel and that was expensive I wrote them back requesting the address and they have not given me an address to send all back to China they are offering me to keep the items and will give me 35% coupon to spend in the store but I do not want to buy anything.

DO NOT BUY from these SCAMMERS!!!! That is all they are! read the reviews!! Clothing is spendy, but what you get is cheap crap!! Its HORRIBLE!!! Its not anywhere NEAR the descriptions!!! STAY AWAY!!!

I ordered a black and white sweat shirt with a printed grumpy cat o the front. When it came the cat was black but the swear shirt was blue and white plus quality of material was poor. I got in touch with them regarding a return as this wad not what I had ordered. I had an email back stating that if I wanted to return the item then I would have to pay for the shipping costs or I can keep the item and they will send me a 20% discount off my next order. Absolutely diabolical and how these companies are allowed to get away with this is beyond me.
