I just bought a flat through Pricket & Ellis and I must say that their estate agent Connor Fletcher was so helpful and professional. The sale went through very quickly. Connor was always available to answer any question and clarify things and also very patient with me and the seller, because I am a first time buyer and the seller was the first time seller too. I highly recommend Connor and Prickett & Ellis

Glenn at Pricket and Ellis was open, professional and flexible. He followed things up and showed great diplomatic skills in negotiating between buyer and seller. He seems to follow in the footsteps of the late boss, Nigel, in showing that estate agency can be a proper career with high standards. Thank you Glenn.

The Prickett and Ellis teams handled both the letting of my property and its subsequent sale. The service I received in both cases was exemplary. Many thanks to Hida and Cheryl for their patience, kindness and level-headed advice in the year preceding the sale and to Tyler for guiding me through the whole selling process which, I have no doubt, would have been far more stressful had I not been the beneficiary of his expertise and empathy. The staff in the Park Road branch in Crouch End lack any moral compass. Serving section 21 no fault in front of a minor. The trauma we are still working through. This review serves as a warning to renters, sellers, buyers. Go elsewhere.

After many months of searching in the area, we met Nyall at Prickett & Ellis East Finchley and he simply made it happen. Nyall is a pleasure to deal with, he is passionate and he will do everything to help you find the property of your dream. I have been a client of Prickett and Ellis in he Muswell Hill and Hornsey area of London for 22 years. Cheryl and her team have provided an absolutely seamless service over that whole period of time while I have been living in Australia. There have been no gaps in tenancies except the tenants letting each other in and out LOL! Every issue there has been in these old buildings has been dealt with promptly, professionally, economically and efficiently, with very little input from me. I and others I know, have also used them for property sales and purchase services. I am a former Commando Senior Sergeant in the British Army and my standards are extremely high. They are a pleasure to deal with, no hassle with payments, we have a very good working relationship.

We have just experienced exemplary service from Cheryl Fox, your lettings director. She went above and beyond to accommodate our pre-rental requests, taking on responsibility for works that were really the responsibility of the landlord. She has integrity and operates according to her values. I have never met such an agent in my 30+ years of renting properties worldwide.

Absolutely shocking service, feel furious I had to pay them anything at all. No communication- constantly didn’t reply to calls and emails, sold the house and never even spoke to the agent- shocking! He avoided us in the street as he knew we’d ask him to answer the emails, and once even told me he had couldn’t answer my emails as was so so busy and had to dash off to an appointment so couldn’t talk and then went straight in to the local Irish pub to watch the euros!! Some of the team were helpful and friendly but the agent who sold our property unfortunately was really disinterested. Didn’t even communicate the day we exchanged or completed- all contact we had was through the solicitors. Such a shame
