Driving lights installation

I made a purchase of driving lights for my new Ford Ranger. An invoice was processed on 25 July 2025, for an installation on 29 August 2025. I made it clear I wanted 4 driving lights. Pride Auto Group Fyshwick looked at the vehicle, advised could only fit 3 lights. I made it clear I wanted the outside installed lights to be faced slightly outwards. The person who advised me, said this could be achieved, telling me the angles I would accomplish with the lights. When I attended Pride Auto Group 0n 29th, I was asked where I wanted the switch fitted. I had to advise two options. A switch was fitted. On finished job inspection I advised, I was told the two outside lights would be slightly angled out. The three lights fitted were all facing straight on, not the two outside lights slightly angled as discussed, when the quote was being processed. The response I received from Pride Auto Group Fyshwick was we can drill holes to angle the lights. I advised there must have been holes drilled already; how many holes will be drilled. The installation is not what I was promised. I reiterated on several occasions I was not happy. I was advised, I could bring the vehicle back to rectify the problem. I live an hour and ½ away. I am not going to drive all the way back to sit around all day waiting to have a rectification. Due to taking all day to get an installation finished, meant I was driving back home at night. I tried the driving lights by pressing the installed switch, to see the difference between the driving light and the vehicle lights. At home I went to switch off the driving lights at the installed switch. I could not find the switch in the dark. I then see a blue light dangling down. I got hold of this light to turn off the driving lights. The switch has become dislodged, only to find it may only be installed by magnetic function. Not a satisfactory result when trying to turn this switch on/of in the dark, when that is the prime time, one will be using the driving lights. I now have wait until morning to see what I can achieve with this switch. Not Happy JAN!!!
