An exemplary customer service experience! I have had significant difficulties in the past with Primagaz but today was completely different. Khalil was knowledgeable, efficient and extremely helpful (he even offered to deal with me in English when I was struggling in French!). His manner was the perfect mix of professionalism and friendliness. Merci beaucoup Khalil.

We paid an invoice in July twice because they had not received the cheque we paid by card then they received the cheque and cashed it we have contacted
Primagaz several times but they said we would receive it at the d’ne of the month it is now November
and still nothing we pay every year for a service for our tank but never see anyone

Nous avons réglé une facture en juillet à deux reprises car ils n'avaient pas reçu le chèque. Nous avons payé par carte, puis ils ont reçu et encaissé le chèque. Nous avons contacté Primagaz à plusieurs reprises, mais ils nous ont assuré que nous recevrions le paiement à la fin du mois. Nous sommes en novembre et nous n'avons toujours rien reçu. Nous payons chaque année pour l'entretien de notre cuve, mais nous ne voyons jamais personne.

Primagaz has the worst website I have ever used!!!!! When you go onto your client account, each webpage takes forever to load. What's more, when trying to enter your address, the text boxes don't even let you type in them so how on earth are you supposed to enter text into a text box that you can't even select to type in.... ridiculous! I also tried calling them but no one speaks English, in the whole entire company apparently...

This company is nothing more than a fraud racket.....sitting on 1000 euros of mine while still sending me out more bills, they won't engage with English customers unless they have a degree in French.....have reasonable French, but they will not speak to anyone not French. Since 2023, their website is crap at best, and it's difficult to engage in anyway. The contact function on the site doesn't work...What happened to the French for them to fall this far, one can only assume it's anger at the English for no longer propping up the French economy....
I have been a customer for many years without any problems. In October 2023 I was advised by Primagaz that their website would be shutting down for 5 weeks for it to be upgraded. In September of 2024 the website still does not work. The parts that are available are difficult to navigate and most of the time do not work. Messages to customer support go unanswered, it is impossible to order gas. The order of age does not work. I have not had an accurate invoice since October 2023. Just do not go to this company for your gas supply. I would go elsewhere but they want 800 euros for removing their tank plus an unspecified amount tom remove the gas meter and the damage that may be done to my property.
IS THIS EVEN A LEGITIMATE COMPANY! They have repeated charged me for bottles of gas that I was never given! When I call their customer service is HORRIBLE! They say they will reimburse but that you need to wait 2 months! Then after 2 months of waiting they say your reimbursement was not approved despite sending proof that the funds left your account!
Im not someone who usually leaves reviews but honestly this was just so bad I wanted to warn people!

This company is unbelievable, they have been sending me estimated bills for the past 6 months that are completely ridiculous/ outrageous. I send my meter reading every 2 months as requested but still I recive an estimate ( crazy) I have telephoned the company and they have agreed they are charging me far too much but still take the estimated amount from my bank .I have today stopped payment on another ridiculous bill . Don't know what to do about this crazy situation. I feel like I'm being mugged .
Not able to use the website for several months and I am not able to get a clear picture of our financial situation with Primagaz. It seems many other customers are having similar problems with no bills, no update on money paid, money owing, balance at end of year etc.
In July 2014 we (my wife and I) signed a contract with Primagaz to supply an underground tank and supply us with LPG.
At the time of signing we asked the what was the minimum period before we would become the owners and have a free choice of suppliers, we were told it had to be a minimum of 5 years.
After 5 years paying the standing charge we were then billed for sixth year. We refused to pay and pointed out our contract period was for 5 years only.
We have received each year since 2019 a bill for the standing charge, and now they have threatened legal action for a contract they agreed to and signed!
I contested a unilateral decision to increase my monthly prepayments by 50% and then received notice of a further unilateral decision to modify my delivery procedure. This was communicated to me by e mail from a person who had a « no reply » address! Impossible to speak to anybody via 3 different telephone numbers. I actually wonder as to the authenticity of this company. I would certainly not recommend them to anybody
We were transferred to Primagaz without having the choice to do so, we're on a local gas network. Paying bills and setting up monthly payments has been unbelievably slow and frustrating.
If we possibly can, we're going to find another supplier.
