Very good srevice, Very fast at low price but not have all parts that need for my car.

I was referred to this company through my colleague at work. Since then i have ordered all my spare parts for my Nissan X-trail. The prices are unbelievable, products are top of the line and above all, the shipment arrives on time. I could have saved thousands of dollars if i had known about this company before. I have sent email and text messages to all my cousins and friends regarding this and all are very happy to know about this. You will save time, money and gas. To experience this you have to order a part to believe it. I would bet there's no one out there who can compete this company for their products and services.

I have ordered parts etc. from Prime Choice on a few occasions now and have been very satisfied with the service, quality and the attentive and knowlegable people involved.
I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring replacement parts for their vehicles. The delivery service is excellent. Mostly next day before noon! Thanks!

I ordered some Rotors and Brake Pads for my Cadillac and i am impressed with the quality of the product. Although not zinc coated the protective coating is holding up so far. The service was on point, and the delivery was very fast.

Great service, good prices, delivery included which is a major plus!
Only down side is parts are not always in stock and theres no indication when they will be back in stock.

Employee was extremely knowledgeable when called for a return.

Twice now I have contacted Prime Choice via email and it has taken several days for them to respond. For an on-line business, this long response time is poor. I ended up calling them and received excellent service, only to receive acknowledgement to my email a couple of days after the call! In the end the phone call solved the problem. Just don't rely on their email customer service.

Disappointed in the website layout for purchase. I purchased two rear hub assembles for a total of over $60.00 Can, but if I had selected the package deal which is the same 2 rear hub assembles it would have only been $40,00.

I have used this site for a few years now and tell everyone I know and even a few people I didn't know just how GREAT they are to deal with. Only had problem with one part and they were great to deal with on warranty and had me fixed up very quick

Man, I ordered parts on Monday morning at 10:30 am and received them in Ch'town on Wed morning at 11:30 am. That's 49 hours later. Excellent job guys!!

I found that the prices are very reasonable on all items I had bought so far and the delivery were excellent. they were fast. I would recommend it to any friend. I had nothing bad to say about this store at all.

Awesome site for car parts especially brakes. Wish they had more parts to choose, and auto body parts. Will continue to use this site in the future.

Received parts in a very timely manner. Packaged well. Parts fitment was exact. Would have appreciated a confirmation notice by email stating when purchase was shipped. Overall very pleased with the experience.

i buy alot of parts for my car from prime choice auto part, never disapointed !
i buy 2 front bearing hub, front performance brake pads , 2 front rotor , belt , 2 assembled front strut,, wiper blade.
the only thing i dont buy again is oil filter because bad luck happend to me the 2 time i use it and i prefer buy filter from local stores now..

They know what the parts are for,so they do every thing in their power to get it right the first time at a huge savings.

I think they have great quality on they parts and you can not beat there price. I hope they keep adding more parts to there list

I had in issue with the online purchasing, but a customer service representative
prompting rectified the the issue by placing the order for me.
The brake pads and rotors I ordered arrived very quickly but could have used a light lubricant at the factory on the rotors as there was a little surface rust on one of them,
other than that my experience was great, and the price was right.
