Principals Catering 

My girls say that foods horrible and paid for days and not refunded or used for other days, sch changed now but i was away and paid for a month's meals and been trying to get in touch but no answer or any replies emails, next thing is to go down to them.

How this company manages to exist is beyond me and I don’t understand why my son’s school uses them .
There is always a problem with their booking system and a lack of communication from them when you do enquire .
Just last week they even provided the wrong food on the menu and this upset my son as he was expecting a particular type of food .
I asked my ten year old son to rate the quality of the food and he gave it a 5/10 !!

Does not deliver what is advertised, seems first come, first served the rest of you have very little and not what's on menu. Salads are not on counter, your child has to ask for it so if your child is shy, they won't get it. Totally unreasonable to advertise Christmas Dinner, pre pay 2 weeks in advance for my child to have a spoon of peas, 2 hard potatoes and a sausage that didn't look cooked because they didn't order enough turkey. Balanced diet menu advertised but this is not delivered, Don't adverise it if you can't deliver it, Its a long day for children at school so food is vital to help maintain concentration in class, feeling very let down by Principals and its a regular feeling although I continue to give it a chance, I think I'm on a losing battle.

Ridiculous company - Principals Catering - needs to be closed or new systems and people should be in place.

Overpaid meal days many times on their website for my childrens meals (as their system does not correctly place the school holidays - despite them being listed on their website!) - New terms come, then you receive a letter stating that your in arrears and your child wont receive a meal!

Website is extremely poor, written in the 80's as it doesnt work. Then when you 'bulk buy' it also doesnt work correctly and crashes with 'Heroku Application Error', so you have to start all over again.

Previous orders are removed each term (probably because they take your money and then there is no way of viewing what you had paid for)

On the up side, the actual dinner staff at the school are amazing! (Just a shame what goes on behind)

Save your self commiseration - send your child to school with a packed lunch, it works out better in the long run.

Also, luckily they use PayPal - you are able to raise a dispute based on what you have not received
