I have been sent a defective ink that will not work and I have sent several pictures showing the issue and keep telling me to do it again and send more photos.hiwever they send defective inks then make it impossible to get a refund. Be warned.

I have used Prink cartridges for many years. They carry a very wide range, even for older printers like mine. The cartridges are of the highest quality and they print photos very well with realistic colours. Compatible cartridges contain more ink than the very expensive ones supplied by printer companies and they are much cheaper.

They are an excellent company to deal with, they have a very good website - ordering is easy and delivery is consistently quick. Queries are answered rapidly too.

Wanted to buy a print that could use compatible cartridges Prink helped and suggested several printers. Many thanks great service

There are many companies you can buy ink cartridges from, to stand out from the crowd, service is key and this company has it in buckets! Ask a question, get an answer in less than an hour, place an order and it is processed in no time. Excellent service!

I've used Prink compatible cartridges on my Epson printer for some years but this time when changing cartridges I got the dreaded "cartridges cannot be recognised" alert and was not able to circumvent it. I contacted Prink for help and they immediately responded with very detailed instructions on how to proceed. Their instructions worked and I can't thank them enough for their excellent service. Will continue to use their products with renewed confidence.

Having ordered cartridges for my old and defunct printer, when I received them I realised that I had ordered the wrong ones. I contacted Prink and explained I had forgotten to update my personal ink cartridge records to suit my new printer and was desperate to get printing. I was promptly instructed to return the incorrect cartridges for refund and to order the correct ones. They were despatched within 10 minutes of the order being placed and just over 48 hours later (with a weekend in between) the correct ones were delivered before 11 am on the Monday. For their cost, the service has been above and beyond, WELL DONE PRINK.

Awful experience with failed delivery (they use Evri and were fully transparent that they choose a budget delivery company intentionally), no apology offered, a promise to refund when the goods were returned to them then no further communication for a week.

Despite the sellers reply no incorrect information was provided on our part, our communicative tone was in reply to the seller’s lack of effort to find a resolution, in fact being told to order them again!

Very reasonable prices, good quality, quick delivery and works perfectly in my Epson XP-4100 printer.
It just shows how much the printer manufactures are ripping us off.

Once again another order from Prink Ink arrived today. Same high quality ink, full cartridges, low price and even fast delivery from the Post Office. Keep up the good work

This is an excellent company. Fast service, very good prices. And customer service is amazing! So very helpful, and even gave advice on how to deal with some printer issues. Top marks all round.

Great company who understand what their customers want and need - responded to a query promptly as their site promised. They still carry lots of stock to keep older printers going rather than expensive scrapping! Plus the great money and aggro saving addition of being able to pick/mix cartridges as well as offering complete bundles of colour, colour & black, and bulk black cartridges for your printer, they offer the abiltiy to pick 4 carts of any mix of colours. Fantastic when you already have lots of one colour or black sitting there unused. Delivery quick and as advertised. Will use again!

I have used Prink's ink for many, many years, to the exclusion of other suppliers, and in all of my numerous printers of various manufacturers.
(At the present time, I operate three different printers in my Office.)
I recently bought an additional printer an Epson WF-4820DWF. Prink did not have the cartridges on view. I contacted Prink and Graham resolved the problem immediately.
NB. Other Suppliers wanted up to FOUR times the price!
My review is not from 'blind loyalty', it is loyalty earned and maintained by Prink.

Have bought from Prink for years. Compatible cartridges always works well with our Epson printer. Flexible ordering as well where you can choose which colours you want in a pack of 4. Great price & value for money, free delivery and cartridges last months for us.

After having used several printing suppliers for the past few decades, I've been using Prink for the last several years.
I started using them because my old supplier started to be hit and miss, but I've stayed with them because of their consistent excellent service, the quality of the inks they supply, and excellent communication whenever I need something extra or different. They have always been friendly and helpful, and I'll continue to use them in the future.
I rarely recommend suppliers, but for ink/printer supplies I'd happily recommend Prink.
