After comparing Brother printers on the Printerland web site, I contacted their pre-sales helpline to clarify a few points regarding the MFC-J5955DW. The call was answered promptly and the sales representative provided me with all the further information I requested in a friendly manner which enabled me to make my decision. I placed my order later that evening on line. I was contacted early the following morning to confirm my order and check order details etc. The printer and additional ink cartridges were delivered promptly in good condition. I was contacted a day later by email to ensure everything arrived safely. I have no complaints with the service, which was professionally carried out from pre-enquiries to delivery.

My 2nd purchase of a printer from Printerland & both times have been faultless service even when i had issues was quickly resolved.

After much searching around other suppliers I ordered the printer from this company. The transaction went without a hitch but I was surprised that for a printer costing over £800 I had to pay postage. However, it arrived very quickly and lots of communication throughout. Received a call Monday morning explaining that the printer had been replaced with another model and that would be sent instead.
Delivery next day by 11am.

I wanted to replace an aging inkjet with a colour laser. I also wanted to avoid getting tied in to a subscription for consumables. I chose and ordered a printer on Printerland. A member of the team phoned me to make sure I was buying the right printer. He said they no longer recommend the model I had chosen (as it was approaching end of life) and worked with me to find an alternative. The alternative was just as capable and was a couple of £ cheaper. It was delivered the next day. Very happy with the whole process.

I recieved a call from printerland asking me if I was sure that I really wanted it as it was released in 2017 and getting ink for it might become more difficult in the future. Which other company would have done that? I suspect none, they would have just taken the money and accepted the order. Incredible!
