The finished order was wonderful with clear photo's, however when ordering the product I used a groupon coupon and it wasn't made clear that I had to increase the number of pages on the product before I started. Hence I had to complete the product all over again.

Image was decent If a touch dark. Time for delivery was a bit more than I'm used to. But a good product.

I literally received an empty box with zero of my photos that I ordered. How the hell does that happen? I wouldn't mind but when I try to fill out the form on their website it says my order number is invalid, and I've yet to have a response to the email I sent them a few days ago. Very disappointed.

Damaged item it has been over 1 month of automated messages, no one gets back to you and resolve the issue, no refund, no official apology all you ever get is regurgitated messages that are auto generated, sham of a company and a definite swerve as its a scam.

Please read the reviews, I wish I had before ordering, this company is a shocking farce.
You place an order thinking you are going to surprise a very special person on their special day, by putting your complete faith in the company to deliver what you ordered but oh no, they couldn't even do that.
They said they delivered but no, they didn't.
They sent a replacement, was it what you ordered, no it wasn't, the frame was so cheap I could have brought a better one in B&M.
You pay for extra's but do you get them no, you don't. Do you get a refund, no you don't, so don't bother ordering and paying for anything, you will be sorely disappointed.
Can you speak to anyone, no you can't.
You can chat online to Hannah who promises you everything, but do you get it, no you don't.
You send more communication, do you get any response, no you don't.
How can companies like this operate, its a sham.

Order was placed and payment was taken, but the photo album was never sent. I’ve contacted them by email and through their website but have received no response. After reading numerous other reviews from customers who experienced the same thing, I’m extremely concerned. This feels like a scam.

Really pleased with the quality and colour of the images

Printerpix has no customer support. I originally ordered a picture book and paid extra for their expedited delivery to have it arrive before I was due to go on vacation. The package arrived late anyway, and because I was already out of the country, the courier decided to dump it on my front doorstep. I contacted support to request the package be picked up and redelivered since the contents of the book were personal. This request was ignored and there has been no follow up from the company.

When I got home, the package had indeed been opened. At this point I decided to delete my account. There is no option to delete your own account and you have to go through their support system. I have now raised two requests and they have both been ignored.

I will continue to chase them up until they delete my account. But don't use this company, they have no customer support and will not respond to any requests.

The Prom book I made for my Granddaughter has arrived and is beautiful. It's a present for her birthday which isn't till next month. I'm sure she'll be delighted with it. The quality is first class and the delivery is always great.
I've used printerpix for years and never been disappointed.

Calendar received damaged, envelope ripped open and calendar creased and ripped

Terrible company, plenty of other places to get these kind of items, use them instead. Order printed incorrectly and still trying to get the order replaced for the item we paid for. Happy to take your money then just don't respond to anything when there is an issue, they just hope you get fed up and foget. SHOP ELSEWHERE

Unbelievable response received by the company via trustpilot on 17.08.26. Advising me to contact the contact that never responds and is the entire reason I posted a 1 star review on trustpilot. What a joke!

Issue with my address and so my order was returned to sender. Repeatedly chased for my order but no response from customer service. No refund. They are scammers. Do not use! I must have emailed them several times and I even offered to pay for postage to get it re delivered but absolute radio silence. Terrible terrible company

I paid for rush delivery. The item finally arrived three days late.
I've asked for a refund but no response.

Simple to create.
Good price.
Excellent packing and delivery.

Ordered item on the 5th, received a dispatch email on the 7th, courier tracking indicated they were ‘waiting for package’. This continued until I emailed on the 12th, as of today, the 14th, tracking indicates package has been delayed.
I’d love to review the item itself but can’t because I haven’t received it.

Creating the books can be tricky, but there are some really helpful tools & templates. Fast delivery, great quality !

Terrible printing, text I had was cut-off, instead of adjusting the size slightly to make certain my Dad's name was visible, they didn't bother!!! When I tried to complain and get replacements, it would not accept the details I had tried to send! Obviously I will not be using them again!!!

Love the photo book, great quality.
Didn't so much like the amount of emails received or how much additional pages etc cost. Ended up being nearly £40 for what I thought would be 20 odd.
However, really pleased with finished item.
