I ordered a canvas from printing Bee. I had chosen a photo that was special that I wanted to display .
Printing Bee offered excellent advice about the correct size canvas for my chosen photo . The quality is superb . The finish is beautiful and the light shines from every angle . Couldn’t be happier with it . Highly recommend and will use again .

I've ordered Christmas gifts from printing bee for 3 years in a row! Their diamond dust canvases are stunningly beautiful and their customer service is amazing! Will continue to recommend them to everyone I know!

Although I had an issue with my 1st order, printing bee quickly resolved it and resent another canvas. I understand they have just taken over printing bee as a new venture and are trying their very best to catch up and improve service. My house is full of beautiful canvas from then and I look forward to ordering more in the future. Thank you and good luck with your new business 😀

I ordered a sparkle canvas of our two cats who have sadly passed away very recently. We did shed some tears when we opened it as it’s just so beautiful! It arrived within the timeframe & packaged well. Would definitely order again.

Order a canvas on 18th sept I received canvas on the 29th September which had been damaged on route. I emailed company who said they would claim against DPD as in there words it was the couriers fault and that a new canvas would be sent out, I had to chase every week to see what was happening and had no response until the 21st of October to which they claimed to have been off sick so my order hadn't even been dealt with whilst the one person had been ill with I was then promised it would be sent by the end of that week as DPD collect their orders on a Monday for delivery. Guess what no canvas turned up I then proceeded to send another email on the 25th October to ask for a refund as my patience had worn thin through all the false information, again had no response via email so I had to thankfully open a dispute with PayPal as that's how I had paid and it went in my favour and got my money back through them.

I highly wouldn't recommend this company there are better companies with excellent reputations.
I took a chance having read other reviews and I wished I had of listened to those others who haven't had a good experience.

Slow dispatch with no communication about delay until I contacted them, item arrived as described.

I had a Canvas done for my mum it was of my late sister , my mum was so over the moon with it , it did come after they said in which I sent an email and got an email back a day later they apologise for the delay and actually sent me the same picture again with a lovely email saying that this was for me to cherish of my beloved sister

They have no customer service system. Its been three weeks since a new canvas was supposed to have been posted out to me (after the first one arrived with only one fine layer of glitter on and not finished) and after one response last week I have again been ignored. I will not be using Printing Bee ever again.
