Custom logo order on some hats
I did a custom logo order on some business hats twice now. I'm very please with the way they turned out, and the sharpness of the print and quality. They where very responsive with emails, and postage. Will be ordering other items in the future. Rob

Printofy has been the worst company to deal with
My experience with Printofy has been extremely frustrating and very unprofessional.
I placed a small order for a hoodie and two caps in late March 2025. I replied to the artwork confirmation email on 25-03-2025. The email stated my order would be SHIPPED in 15-21 business days. I was quite ok with the timeline.
However, when the goods did not arrive by 19-05-2025, I contacted them via email asking for a delivery date. The reply read “7771709 is nearing completion, and will be shipped by the end of this week.”
I then replied asking for a delivery date and if one can not be supplied, please cancel the order and refund my money.
Several more emails were sent and received, none of which had a delivery date or as promised, a tracking number!
On 04-06-2025 I was told “We can already see this order on the shipping batch for this week, its completed so out of the system now. You should be receiving a tracking number soon.”
I did not receive a tracking number, or my goods, so I passed the matter on to Fair Trading. Four weeks after being advised I would receive a tracking number, I still had no reply from Printofy so I emailed them yet again asking for a refund or I would take the matter to NCAT (NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal).
Finally, on 28-07-2025 my parcel turned up. So, if you are prepared to wait 87 working days (126 calendar days) by all means, place an order! Otherwise go elsewhere. Not only did it take an incredible amount of time, the communication was absolutely shocking and I was never once offered a refund, an apology, or any form of compensation.

Would leave zero if I could!
Would leave zero if I could!! Silly me was excited to build my little business and fell into the trap that Printofy offered. After COUNTLESS excuses and constant fobbing off, I am done. I have extensive email and Instagram exchanges, all assuring me that I hadn't lost my money and goods were ready to go. What lies I was fed. A significant loss for my business, I don't know what to do now.
AVOID PRINTOFY AT ALL COSTS. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THE TRUTH.

I would have gave it a zero star if possible. It is a scam company that takes payment and never returns messages or contact. Stay well away. An update. After leaving the review I received a nasty email from Jessica that informed me she had cancelled my order and would refund me between 7 to 10 days. This is now 15 working days and still NO refund. Update ** The company has no longer answer my emails or returned my refund. The company has been reported to the ACCC and also a complaint has been made to the Department of Consumer Affairs. A representative from their company lied to Department of Consumer Affairs saying I cancelled the order. Since then I sent the Authorities the email from Jessica cancelling my order and still no refund.
No delivery, terrible communication
Placed order June 2024, as of March 2025 still no delivery. Messaged and emailed 10 or more times chasing it up, they told me on multiple occasions the order was on its way, nothing turns up. They haven’t replied to message or email this year.
Ordered & Paid Nov 2024
I made an order in November 2024 and it is now March 2025 without any response for the last month. I have not received any products. The last time they actually responded by email they wrote that they will investigate but since then I have still not heard back despite multiple emails. Very awful customer service. They took my money and can't provide any response.
Deserves zero stars
Deserves zero stars. They take your money, send you a poor proof days later. Proof approved on 17th December 2024. When you question them on live chat they just say they will cancel your order and not offer a refund. They then stated that my order would be done on 21st Feb and as at 4th March still no product. Highly dishonest, not a reputable company. Do not use.
Update: Nice public reply by Printofy, but really a laughable joke. Luckily after Printofy refused a refund the bank was able to see how dishonest and poor a company they are and granted me a full refund.
Update: Great to see Printofy have removed their token reply. I guess they realised their words didn't quite ring true.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - took them to NCAT, got awarded a refund then they pretended they couldn't make the deposit - something was wrong with my bank according to them -no one else has any issues, finally got my money, bank must of fixed itself? STAY AWAY

I run a small café, and Printofy helped us create the perfect uniforms for my team. The quality is superb, and the colors stayed vibrant even after multiple washes. The $99 pack was a total steal! Their team was so helpful, especially with customizing the design. I'll definitely order again.

We needed 50 custom t-shirts for a charity run, printofy came through! The prints looked amazing, and the order arrived just in time. The flat-rate shipping was a lifesaver, too. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish there was an express shipping option.
