Worst company ever and full of crooks

Worst company ever and full of crooks, sent back some cameras and security system to them signed for and they rang me and said the person who signed for it is correct but they can't find the parcel - it was worth close to £1k the order and they said we can't refund you until we can find the parcel, unfortunately whether you find the parcel or not is NOT my issue, it has been sent and the law in the UK says that you have to refund an order regardless of whether or not you get it back (yes it's true) - regardless it seems like they have theft at their end and they are penalising me for their theft. Anyway, I've now done a CC chargeback as I'm covered by the distant selling regulations and i'm also going to report them to trading standards.

Terrible

Terrible! Useless! "System" cannot take a prepaid credit card. They insist on getting my credit card details with credit on it.

Get into the 21st century and get an e-commerce site that works!!!

Who in their right mind provides credit card details to be stored on a company site that they have no idea if it is encrypted or secure? That is why we opt for prepaid cards. And your system "cannot process them"
