I am usually very hesitant about independent car dealers, but this experience completely changed my mind after buying my Jaguar F-PACE from Pristine. Lanya was very friendly, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% happy before buying. Exceptional service and a great car - I was quite indecisive in buying car but Pristine Cars kept answering all of my questions over several weeks as I weighed up different options and even stayed open late so that I could fit in a test drive around my schedule.
Once I finally decided on a car, they were able to get it ready at express speed of 2 days (including having some stripes removed from the design, which I wasn't so keen on, at no additional cost) and moved the items out of my old car into my new car while I did the handover paperwork! They gave me a better price for my very old car than any other business too.

I had a test drive of a Corsa SE at Pristine Motors on behalf of my daughter, who several days later also had a test drive of it. It drove beautifully and was in excellent condition but she wasn’t so keen on the white decal stripes that were on the bonnet, roof and hatchback and therefore looked at many other cars elsewhere before coming back to the Corsa.
Amir (The owner of Pristine Cars) offered to have the decals professionally removed free of charge. This clinched the sale. Amir also offered my daughter a generous PX on her current car, a comprehensive 6 month warranty and 12 months AA cover.
My daughter picked the car up yesterday and is so pleased with it. You’d never know that it previously had Decals on it. The whole buying experience was relaxed, with no pressure at any time. Based on our experience, I am very happy to recommend Pristine Cars as a great place to buy a vehicle.
