Wow what a fantastic oven clean that was no mess at all lovely polite young man will definitely use again it’s a first class 5 star service

I found Pristine Cleaners to be very thorough and efficient. Very nice people and trustworthy. I would recommend them.

They are terrible, they do the bare minimum, do not use this company. Only interested in profit not product.

AWFUL company. Avoid avoid AVOID.
They didn't do a decent job, then don't respond to emails or voicemails from both me and my landlord, and don't answer the phone.
1. Oven 'deep clean' - not up to advertised standard
2. Bathroom 'deep clean' - still marks on the glass shower enclosure— feeling angry.
3. Carpet shampooing (optional extra!!) was clearly not done.
4. Inside of windows was clearly not done properly.
5. Strong smell of cigarettes after they had been. I did not give permission for anyone to smoke in the property.
6. Keep telling me they are sending me the invoice 'now' when I do manage to get hold of them but it never arrives.
£250!!!
I'm a very chilled guy normally but this lot are Cowboys! AVOID!!!

End of Tenancy clean with a 3 day come back for unhappy customers. They are not answering calls or emails from either the tenant who paid or the landlord. After the clean the internal windows (they don't do outside) had the dirt smeared around the window, they oven was only half cleaned, the shower doors still have all the water stains on still, the carpets have not been shampooed and the property stinks of cigarette smoke. Totally unprofessional service. Don't waste your time or energy on this company. Now trying to get money back through bank (they requested a cash deposit.....).

Booked end of tenancy clean. Inventory report came back saying they did not think it had been professionally cleaned and the carpets had not been cleaned. Really disappointed and unhappy.

Charlie and his team did an amazing job for us recently. They cleaned our roofs, gutters and windows followed by a soft wash to prevent the moss coming back again. They did our house, garage and conservatory and managed to complete it all in a couple of days which was fantastic. They were very thorough, professional, paid attention to detail and left no mess behind. We could not be more happy with them and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Great job guys thank you !

Well where do I start with with what's wrong. The 'boss' Emma came out to my house 2 weeks ago and I have been questioning if I should write something or not. But unfortunately I have choose to as I do not want anyone else to have to deal with the problems I have since she came I have found a smashed hidden vase, money missing, cigarette smelling throughout the house and so much more I cant even explain. My house as I am sure all of yours is my pride and joy and my safe place. She has upset me and everyone in my home to the point we cannot have anyone else come in due to fear of our house being disrespected by anyone one else let alone someone who own there own company DEFINATLY WILL NEVER USE HER AGAIN!!!!!!! I WISH I COULD USE 0 STARS OR MINUS AS THATS WHAT SHE DESERVES.

I WhatsApp with questions asking price to clean double bed mattress. Hours later thrown at me R590 which is fair. I asked many questions only to be answered sarcastically he will not come out and access if can be done. As it states in his website acessement first and entire process. I saw marvelous transformations beds worse than mine that looked almost new. He turns around and said he cannot guarantee results. False advertising and very rude to prospective business. Doesn't answer questions. So probably doesn't do business. Avoid very arrogant.

Unreliable, not professional

Do not use for End-of-tenancy cleaning services. I was promised to receive the invoice for the job delivered, but it never arrived even after my calls and emails in the following days. They do not provide invoices. This means without proof (invoice) the cleaning job did not happen for the checkout clerk. Unresponsive, only promises but no action.

Didn’t show up for an end-of-tenancy (after written and verbal confirmation), cleaning creating a huge problem for us.

Sorely disappointed. My house was clear for a new tenant to move in and the lounge was newly painted along with the skirting boards. When I came the following day to check the work - None of the skirting boards had been cleaned and it was easy to see they hadn't been painted and needed cleaning. There were grease splats on the kitchen cupboard doors and grease inside the cupboard that I removed with my fingers. None of the window trims had been touched either - A total rip off at £220. I could have done it better myself!

Excellent service in cleaning our carpets .Thomas was brilliant and we are delighted with the superb work.

Avoid!!!
They Re-arranged last minute the day before, with tenancy running out the next day and inspection, and then the morning they were supposed to turn up... No show, no contact, nothing. Just hope I can get my deposit back or they have effectively stolen it and will be reported for fraud.
