Public Warning: My Experience with Prixim Global (Scam Alert)

I normally don’t post reviews like this, but I feel a responsibility to warn other businesses and entrepreneurs. My company engaged with Prixim Global, a company that presented itself as a legitimate service provider. What happened next was a textbook scam.

We signed a contract, paid upfront, and were scheduled for onboarding. They never showed up. Instead, they pushed the meeting further and further out, always with an excuse. I personally made 30+ attempts to get them back on track, but they stopped responding altogether.

Their sales pitch included a “guarantee” — either we’d be properly onboarded or we’d get a full refund. Not only did they fail to onboard us, but despite their written commitment to repay us, they never sent a single dollar back.

To test the legitimacy of their operation, I tried the phone numbers on their website. Shockingly, the UK number actually connects to a property management company that has never even heard of Prixim Global. The India “support” number doesn’t connect to staff — it just plays a repeating Arabic message.

This isn’t just negligence. This is fraud. It’s intentional deception — fake numbers, false promises, and a complete failure to deliver on contracted services.

I have preserved all WhatsApp messages, emails, and the signed contract as proof. I’ve also filed reports with consumer authorities and cybercrime divisions.

If you are considering working with Prixim Global, do not. If you already have, gather your evidence and file complaints immediately. The more victims speak up, the harder it becomes for companies like this to operate in the shadows.

Business is built on trust. Prixim Global has broken that trust completely.

My Verdict: Prixim Global is a scam. Protect yourself, your business, and your money by staying far away.
