Ricky Huber @Proactive Physical Therapy of Broadway in Colorado; let me tell you some truths, Ricky and his team are exceptional in every way, kind, caring, thoughtful and well respected because they respect you.
I started going due to my full knee surgery and they helped me fully recover in a fast timely manner, so we chose to work on my spine pinch in my neck and back, it helped me a lot and it gave me relief of the pain. So I left with exercises to do so that I may continue to fell no more pain.
Thank you Ricky and your team for being so awesome!

They are using the pandemic to scam people

They are running a scam claiming to be out of every product but still charging my credit card. When I called to inquire about this I was told my credit card wasn't charged It has been charged multiple times. They are blaming the pandemic for not having product. If they didnt have the product in stock hen they ordered why would they place the order. They are using the pandemic to scam people and it is outright disgusting.

Worked for me

So you do have to use the product sparingly and give it like a month to kick in I don’t even use it everyday maybe twice a week after the first month but it help get rid of the terrible acne curology gave me. It’s affordable I always buy it from ulta. I only use the repair cream.

I never heard of Proactiv until a…

I never heard of Proactiv until a charge appeared on my credit card ($154) in mid May. I filed a dispute (still under review). Then today (June 29) I got an invoice for an overdue balance of $179.70. There is a customer number and order number if that means anything. They also spelled both first and last names wrong. This time I called their 800# & chose the option "to make a payment" as I figured that was most likely to be answered. It was! The guy said he will pass it on to someone else who will review and get back to me in 24 to 48 hours or 3 to 5 days (?). So we will see. Not expecting to hear.

Beware of Payments

I have (or had) been a customer for i think over 15 years, since the 2000s. Their products are ok but beware on payments. Proactiv seems to made it as difficult as possible to pay for shipments but yet will quickly send any missed payments to collections with little notice despite having a credit card on file. They will automatically keep sending you their products, the delivery of which is the notice to pay yet, for me, they would never use my card on file but expect me to go old school, find an envelope, write a check, get a stamp and mail payments. If I didn't get a package (which happened from time to time - you don't know when to expect them to look out for them and ensure you received them) you may suddenly start getting requests to pay for something you arent aware you were supposed to receive. Instead of using your card of file, they instead will turn your $50 bill over to collections. The last time this happened for me last year, they cleared the debt. I rechecked my card on file to ensure it was current and now again I received a collection notice... for less than $50, despite updating my card on file and despite being a customer for so long. Their product to me is not worth the aggravation. I am no longer a customer but I would not be surprised if suddenly a package appears at my door. They seem to keep sending stuff without notice or request so I am leery when they confirmed with me today my account is closed that in fact it is.

I have had nothing but problems with…

I have had nothing but problems with customer service they do nothing but lie.I ordered my daughter some proactive from the site I paid the extra 14.99 to get it next day delivered it never showed up so I called customer service she told me it was because I ordered on a Friday that it would for sure be here by that Monday I told her they needed to put that on the website that they dont count Saturday and Sunday. Well Monday came no proactive so I called back I told the lady how I had paid the extra charge to have it here by the next day and how I already called customer service once and that she told me it would be here Monday and how it wasnt she told me that she was sorry and that she would put the 14.99 back on my card in 3 to 5 business days it's been over 7 still havent seen it show back up on my card they certainly have no clue what they are doing there. Worst customer service EVER....

I called to buy my niece and nephew…

I called to buy my niece and nephew presents. I was told to place 2 separate orders online.
I signed back on and saw that I was charges $59.96 not $39.98. and that I had a balance of $35.42 for each !! I was clear I only wanted to supply them with 1 month as a trial. now I am stuck paying a wopping $130 in stead of the $19.99 each.

I can fully and honestly confirm all others…

I can fully and honestly confirm all the other reviews regarding the subscriptions. The products are not the worse I've come across in my search for the most suitable acne treatments for my skin but nor are the best. The subscriptions on another hand are completely worse; you are paying monthly which isn't conveyed anywhere and start randomly receiving kits when not even requested. Too late to get your money back from these shipments as you'll need to pay for the shipments back. Such a shame.

Unexpectedly found myself paying a monthly subscription after purchasing a kit online.

Still paying, despite having phoned to cancel and the fact that THEY AREN'T EVEN TRADING ANY MORE.

Outright shameless criminality. I am considering all options.

This lot really do not deserve one star. As far as I am concerned a bunch of mis-leading crooks

I thought it was just me, then I looked here and can clearly see it was not. I didn't sign up for any membership and just purchased an initial bundle of products. This type of company really does need something to be done about deliberately being unclear to make money.

Crooks! I hope people read these trust pilot reviews and do not but anything from this organisation or even their partners who sell it. To all the people who work for this organisation, I hope you sleep at night.

SHOCKING SERVICE! sends you out products without asking if you want it.

Speaking to the customer service line, the girls i speak to must hate their lives. They are rude, disrespectful and unintelligent. If you do not like your job you are getting PAID for, get a career else where!

I have tried to e mail customer services to stop my subscription payments as I know they are no longer trading. I have had no response. Can the bank stop the subscriptions if it’s not a direct debit? I have read all these reviews and am not feeling hopeful. Please advise.

I recently rang customer services to purchase 30 days supply of proactive because of the offer advertised, well less than 30 days later I received another 30 days supply and on opening the parcel found that I had been subscribed to a membership, I rang the company insisting I had not joined no membership but they withdrew £35 from my account and then i had to return the item which cost me postal charges of £4 and then when they refunded me my money they withdrew £5 for postage, disgusting and it's made me very careful of buying anything online and I had not set up a standing order either

NO STAR REVIEW

I bought some products as a Christmas present for a friend. I paid as i ordered and received the products. Then i received a letter from them stating that they had ceased trading at the end of December. Then i received a message saying an order had been delivered , i just put it down to confusion due to closure. Then today i was checking my bank account and noticed they had taken a payment on January 7th. While trying to contact them to stop them taking any more payments i came across a trust pilot review and realised i had been part of a huge scam. How can they do this ? If they ceased trading how can they still take payments. Sadly i threw away the letter stating they had closed down as i could have used it to get my money back.
One more thing , the products brought my friends skin up in a bad rash and ruined her Christmas.
Avoid these scam artists.

Abysmal customer services

Can’t believe how rude customer services are. My friend tied into the subscription without realising and tried to cancel. She was told it would be cancelled only for more money to be taken. When she’s called again she was really upset about how rude the girl was who basically said it’s tough and she’s tied in now. I tried to call to explain she was very distressed and can’t read properly so didn’t understand the subscription. And to advise basically she does not have the money and I can’t believe the attitude of the girl on the phone. Apparently it was the same girl my friend spoke to earlier. Tried to explain she was a vulnerable adult but got nowhere. After working in customer services for my whole adult life I’m shocked and appalled at the attitude. Obviously have no concern for the mental stress they are inflicting, the absolute cowboys. As a result because the money has been collected she will have a bill that bounces. Absolute cowboys with no customer service. DO NOT USE.

i purchased pro activ then stupidly read these reviews after. after reading through i contacted the bank to block all future payments. the products have only irritated my skin.

MONEY GRABBERS.

Proactiv stopped serving here in the UK on 31/12/2019. Yet they have continued to take £30 from my account and deliver my products have NEVER placed and order for. I have emailed then and not one person has gotten back to me. I was not made aware of the company closure until I went to their website on 15/01/2020. Most unprofessional company ever who only care about celebrity’s opinions and money.
