It took someone I met at Proback clinic office at Victoria who had tried the therapy and treatment before to convince me to begin. I gathered the courage to pay the full cost for the treatment and I have never regretted.

Indeed they have fixed me well. The initial lower back pain I took there has reduced to nothing due to how good they carry out their treatment with me. Step by step I am coming out completely of my back suffering. The little pain left now is as a result of my inconsistency of following the instructions and exercises they challenge me to do.

I was after an effective treatment/specialised therapy for my very painful and tense back & neck caused by long hours sitting at a Desk. I have been seeing the ProBack team at Victoria for a few months now, with great results! Their radial shockwave therapy along with their K-Laser & Cupping Therapy is excellent. They were able to hit all the problem areas in my back effectively. On top of this, the combination of their knowledge, spinal orthotics and exercises have proven very efficient. This is my story, however recent, anyway I came across this Proback add on Facebook and wanted to know if this could be true or just another load of time wasters
( I had those before).
So I made the call to them and within 24 hours I was seeing to had my consultation both Verbally & Physically , X-rays done and ready ( I thought WoW I have never seen my Spine like that before) it was very interesting to finally see what my problem was for the first time . My complaint was lower back pelvic pains,Numbness in my leg, Neck & Headache 🤕
From the minute you arrive in that clinic you are welcomed into a very friendly and caring atmosphere. I was feeling better already.
The initial X-ray, consultation and recovery plan are quick and comfortable but very informative. Yes they are that Good ? My treatment started immediately and after a few visits was on the road to recovery.
I was never ignored and was kept in the loop at all times .
The practitioners are fantastic - energetic, knowledgeable, caring and yes they get the job done . I am on my way to recovery sleeping better, Not rolling out of bed, But getting up out of bed, bending tied my own laces. This is done on 50% of my treatment.
I have recommended PRO-BACK clinic to a few of my associates who will surely be attending at there own risks of getting better.

When I came to the Proback Clinic,the quality of my life was very low because of severe pain of the entire spine and of course of headaches,insomnia,balance disorder.
I wasn"t very optimisctic that I would feel much better because of my age(74).But,after ONLY two weeks of treatment with shockwaves and laser effect is really "miraculous".Spinal pain was significantly reduced and the collateral symptoms,disappeared.
If I am optimistic now,it is due not only to the high performance equipment but also to the team,very good,very kind and beautiful proffesionals
Due to these two elements,medical tehnique and staff I feel like a new human.In this Clinic is a lot of positive energy that helps a lot in healing.

I have been regularly attending the Proback Clinic in Victoria for 3 months now with excellent results.
After carrying a slip disk injury for many years and patching it up from time to time with
sessions of osteopathy's massages and a lot of tablets , unable to attend my job regularly
(retail that includes long hours of walking and standing) I finally decided to go for something
more.
From the assessment and the initial X rays I was diagnosed with severe chronic lumbar dysfunction by degenerative disc disease and recommended a course of shockwaves therapy
and spinal decompressions.
I must say that very quickly I felt much better, able to walk straight with much more freedom in my movements and not so much pain.
At today after attending all sessions of the treatment and constantly following the exercises
given I can honestly say I feel like a new person and definitely much younger that my 63s
I HIGHLY recommend everyone at the clinic, from the very friendly and efficient ladies in reception, to Sam who attended at most of my decompression sessions, to Hannah who is extremely skilful at the shockwaves, and of course a big THANKYOU to Arlind who follow me from moment one and is very professional and knowledge.
My journey still carries on in order to reach optimal status with my health which I have no doubts I will achieve as I am in care of the best professionals in London.

I came to Proback Clinics, Victoria with L4/5 disc extrusion with impingement of the left L5 nerve root and irritation/mild impingement of the right L5 nerve root a well as moderate spinal canal stenosis being managed with high dosage of Gabapentin and Co-codamol tablets.
With the combination of Shock wave and Decompression sessions, coupled with prescribed exercises, I'm now feeling really better, my unusual gait has tremendously improved and my mobility has greatly improved too.

After suffering from a herniated disc (L5/S1) and also upper back, neck and shoulder pains for a number of years I thought all was lost. I had tried everything from chiropractors, physios, cortisone shots and acupuncture. All would help alleviate the pain short term but nothing would solve the problem. I was stuck in a vicious cycle of having to see them on a weekly basis.

I saw an advert for Proback and thought why not (I’d tried everything else). It was so refreshing to be shown by Dr Chris on my X-rays what was actually wrong with me and form a long term plan to correct it. All I had heard for the past few years is that it’s because I work in an office and sit at a desk all day.

With a combination of shockwave treatment, exercises and spinal orthic pillows I am feeling better than I ever have done. I am less stiff, my mobility is improving and although not completely pain free yet, the difference is night and day from where I started! I look forward to continuing my recovery and would recommend the clinic to anyone who has back issues.

Everyone at the clinic is extremely nice, from the ladies on reception to the team who do the shockwave treatments. Dr Chris is a great guy and really cares about your recovery.

Yes it is expensive but you are investing in your health long term and don’t think you can put a price on that. Especially if you add up all the previous costs of seeing a chiropractor week in week out to get that slight relief.

So glad I went there and if you have back pain there is no other place to go!

We are currently around 10-12 weeks into the treatment.
The practitioners are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. They explain things very well and are more than happy to answer my endless questions!
In the initial 3-4 weeks, the focus was to reduce the amount of lower back pain by relaxing the muscles in that area and treating imbalances through shockwave therapy. This was very successful and I noticed differences within the first few sessions.
Since then, the emphasis has been more geared towards postural correction (elimination of anterior pelvic tilt and optimizing the spinal curvature). This was done through a continuation of shockwave therapy, activation exercises and the use of a back support cushion. It's a bit more difficult to evaluate progress on this without a second set of x-rays but I've found my mobility and movement patterns to be better in the gym.
I will try to update this once the treatment is complete.

I walked into proback office after having 3 steroid injections, physiotherapy, osteo and seeing other chiropractors for herniated/bulged/degenerated disc and nothing helped. Proback immediately assessed my situation, took some x-rays and noted that the problems starts from the neck down, although everyone I had seen prior concentrated only on the back problem and not once did it occur to any of them that it could be more than just the back. I had started treatment straightaway with the radial shockwave and saw improvement on day one!!! After a few sessions and seeing improvements, I’ve added the spinal decompression to my treatment. I’ve improved a lot, thanks to proback. Dr. Allard does not B.S. He tells you what you need to know rather than want to hear. The front desk staff are amazing and the other staff are exceptional too. The entire staff are always cheerful. Covid precautions are well in place and I always leave there not worrying about being exposed and see improvement after each visit. Customer service is at the forefront. I am still taking treatment and will come back to give further feedback.....

I went in there initially for a consultation and an X-Ray due to having severe sciatica pain on my left leg for several weeks due to having a bad back.

Since then, I have undergone two treatments shock therapy and spinal decompression, within a short amount of time i have seen a significant change. The treatments have reduced the pain and it has improved my mobility/movement and sleep.

The staff at the clinic are welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Daniel one of the practitioners who has monitored my progress since the beginning of my treatments and Melinda at the front desk for always being helpful and friendly.

Had an amazing experience @Proback. I have had back pain for over 10 years whuch I developed over the years as an athlete and I have attended a few physio/chiropractic clinics + tried various therapies including deep tissue massage, acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments to no avail.

I'd just like to recommend the treatments offered @Proback for anyone who suffers from back pain and has yet to try radial shockwave therapy and/or spinal decompression. Since I started my treatment @Proback 6 months ago, I have noticed a massive improvement in my condition. Whilst I would admit that healing is a processing and everyone's situation is unique, the treatment that I have received here has really helped to alievate my back pain and improved my condition.

Also all the staff @Proback are amazing, very helpful and highly professional. And customer service is excellent. The interesting thing is, I came across Proback in the Metro newspaper and I read no review, I just wanted an alternative therapy since nothing I have tried in the past seems to be effective. But following my experience @Proback, I will advice anyone reading this review who wants to see results to definitely visit Proback.

The Pro Back clinic has been a life changing experience.
20 minutes of shockwave therapy clears inflammation and restores more range of movement than a yoga session and 1.5 hour sports massage.
As the treatment gets more effective with the inclusion of spinal corrective movements and tools, I find that sensitivity has returned to all of my extremities. This has also made a difference to how food tastes, much more enjoyable.

After being misdiagnosed with spinal stenosis and the only advice I got from NHS was given to me, to go on YouTube to do some exercises,but I was getting at the end of my tether my husband looked on line and found proback clinic,so I had a consultation and xrays, I came back the following day to see Dr Chris and he told me I didn't have spinal stenosis I had scoliosis,I've had 7 treatments now and it's the best I've felt in a year and half, all the staff are are brilliant they make you very welcome and they care for there patients,I feel like I'm getting better and with the help of all the staff it's onwards and upwards for me, thank you proback

I had a really bad experience with this clinic which based its first attention to gain profits and not to provide the required care for the vulnerable patients. During the assessment session a plan of treatment was given as I have upper and lower disk prolapse and degenerative wears and tears. My first treatment session supposed to concentrate on both areas ( neck and lower back) by making a spinal decompression treatment for both areas , I paid in advance for that but unfortunately the fist treatment session was really bad and disappointed as they gave me only 15 minutes decompression treatment for the neck only and left unattended during the session, no attention, no explanation and no privacy. After that I told them to speak with the manager because I'm not happy and this is really beyond my expectation and dose not worth that amount of money that I have paid, I have been informed that the manager is busy I did wait but also told me she still busy and the other members started to occupy this position and gave unwarranted explanations as a result I left the clinic totally dissatisfied for this not professional treatment and not respectable behaviours of the staff.

In early 2019, I consulted Proback Victoria over two long-term back issues I had been suffering; spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease/multiple herniation with classic sciatic pain. These are essentially advanced wear & tear, age-related rather than injury. After an examination including X rays, they recommended their advertised ‘de-compression therapy’ which I then undertook over a 6 week period (I also briefly tried ‘percussion therapy’ but that had only minimal effect). Although there was no recognisable benefit to the stenosis (which I was not really expecting anyway and I have now had treated by another means) the de-compression certainly helped the underlying problem with the discs. After a few weeks, I noticed greater flexibility in my lower back generally and bending has significantly improved with less compaction & stiffness. This overall improvement has continued in the month since I completed the therapy and there has been a 90% reduction in pain while walking.

Overall, Proback’s de-compression worked well for me. I can see that it is not going to work for all back complaints but it does at least offer a possibility of re-generating/healing the spinal discs so is worth trying for anyone with similar pain. The therapy was not cheap but the benefit has been worth every penny. The staff were all very friendly too, as other reviewers have commented.

I've only had two treatments so far but it has already made a massive difference. Huge thanks to Dr Christian Allard and his team for developing this fantastic treatment (Radial Shockwave Therapy and Spinal Decompression), all delivered with immaculate professionalism and positivism.

When I was hit by Sciatic nerve pain in Jan 2018, I visited my local Chiropractor and was informed there were limited options outside of surgery and that I would pretty much have to live with it. The pin was constant and intolerable so I looked further afield and came across Pro Back in London. A long story short, a combination of spinal decompression, electroshock therapy, stretching and the use of orthotics, means I am now pain free and my back feels better than it has in the past decade.
