As someone who has struggled with chronic pain, endometriosis and fibromyalgia for over a decade, I have struggled and experimented with many different treatments to try and effectively manage my pain and increase my mobility. I have been receiving treatment at Proback for well over a year now and highly recommend it.

All the practitioners have been highly invested in my treatments and have an in depth knowledge to accommodate the limitations and struggles I have had. There is a collaborative approach taken as they take the time and care to listen and understand my difficulties and are always happy to make suggestions and leverage their knowledge gained from other patients. I can speak openly and with candour, which is taken into account and has helped tailor the best treatment possible.

I’ve received both shockwave and decompression treatments as well as a laser session. Each have had varying effectiveness but have been utilised according to my symptoms to try and find the right treatment instead of accepting a limit to the improvement and progress I make. I’ve gone from struggling with days being bed bound because of pain and needing two crutches when I started treatment to using only a single walking stick and have seen an incredible increase in my mobility even if pain remains an ongoing issue.

I can highly recommend Dr Chris, Dr Nate and Arlind for their excellent care. They have all strived to help me and each have contributed in different ways in my ongoing improvement and the treatment I’ve received.

Everyone I’ve interacted with at Proback have been kind, courteous and professional. The reception staff have all been welcoming and always know me on sight, regardless of wearing a mask!

Arlind is principally in charge of my current treatment and he is excellent. I cannot praise him enough. He is an asset to the practice and I’m grateful to be in his care.

I would highly encourage those in similar circumstances as mine to take a chance on treatment at Proback.

I have suffered back and hip pain for many years, but more so during the lock down which left me in chronic pain and spasms in my lower back meaning I was unable to drive, sit for no more than 15 minutes and unable to do the normal things in life.
I am in my 20th week of treatment and all I can say is that Proback have been fabulous in their treatment, their staff are very accomodating and tailor the shockwave treatment to your individual needs.
Dr chris makes you feel really comfortable in every session and the staff don't make you feel rushed and give their full attention and show empathy and great care.
The treatment they provide is different to the normal chiropractors and is very effective.
I can truly say that i have never felt more flexible then what i am feeling now, I sleep more deeply and also dream which i haven't done for many years.
The shock wave treatment as well as laser and Decompression has really helped me, the excercise plan i am given to do at home as well as the neck and back support retrainer has helped me correct my curve in my neck and back and when I do them daily I can really feel the difference.

Well, I read all the reviews after being asked if I would write a review. I was flabbergasted at the bad experiences of some. I must say, I cannot relate to them at all!

My experience of ProBack has been a God send. I am 40 and thought my back pain was my demise to my end and what was install for me as I grew older. I went from an active women to not even being able to walk down the steps, get out of bed, get in or out the shower, use the toilet or get in or out my car and walk the short distance to work. I even started researching disability benefits and rejigging my finances as I thought at some point in the near future I would be unable to work again.

The pain was so excruciating and scary as it seemed to have come out of nowhere. No matter how many times I went to my GP they had no explanation for the pain. After a MRI scan, they even said I was fine and should just take pain killers! Was this it for me I thought?! It was at that point I decided to research back pain specialist clinics. Initially I tried a Chiropractor, but I was in too much pain, so the practitioner was unable to carry out any therapy.

Then! Thanks to modern technology! Those once annoying pop-up adverts popped up with a ProBack ad. I was so intrigued that I watched the whole advert, I even clicked onto the YouTube link which showed a lady in pain, who could not walk properly and later showed her walking. I straight away took advantage of the £60 initial consultation and had an X-ray done. Following the X-ray, you could visually see what my issue was. My neck was not straight and lower back was inflamed due to an issue with my lower disc.

That alone I was happy that someone found something wrong with me. After 2 sessions of shock wave therapy and laser therapy, I was like a new person. I still had pain but nothing like before. I am now 12 treatments in and at times, I even forget my previous self. I am getting out of bed like normal, going up and down the steps without even realising I couldn’t do that months ago. I’m now walking down the street like a spring chicken (slight exaggeration but you get the point). I used to walk to the shop and if the pavement wasn’t straight, I would miss a step and my back pain would cause me to stop in the middle of the street. I would have to stop and wait for the sharpness of the pain to leave before continuing my journey.

Now I’m literally like my former self - whether the pavement is straight or not I’m perfectly fine as the pain is virtually gone.

I love dancing, I cannot dance like how are used to as I can still feel a twinge of pain, but I cannot wait for the next 12 treatment. I have all the faith in ProBack. The staff have been brilliant. I’ve had no issues with their customer service at all. All are very attentive and listen and answer questions and are very polite and friendly.

This experience has been life changing for me. I can’t believe at one point I was prepared to live with this pain as I thought there was no hope (according to my GP).

I thank pro back so much and I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me. They have change my life by giving me hope again for my future and more importantly, they have given me my health back.

I came to pro-back in June with chronic back and hip pain that I had for about two years.
They did assessment and x-ray and said I had Degenerative disc disease.
I would need shock wave and laser treatments.
Initially the pain got worse and then it started to get better.
So I’ve had no pain for about 4 days .
I’m sleeping better able to do my job better.
It’s been life changing,I thought this was never going to go away.
The staff are lovely and friendly and put you at ease when you turn up .
Wish I’d done this months ago!😊

I suffered agonising back pain for over 8 months and the only help I had from the doctors was painkillers. I become nearly disabled. At Proback , I have started my treatment plan with the laser and after two sessions only ,I don't use any painkillers and my mobility has improved. I finally have hope of having my life back.
At the Bank Clinic,I found a friendly, professional team and I am impressed by the empathy of the therapist Yohanis.

I visited proback Victoria last week due to my excruciating back pains. I had my x-rays done and within 24hrs , my results were analysed and treatment plan discussed and agreed. i have had three laser treatments and my back is already feeling a let better and i have also noticed that my mobility has also improved. I have a lot more sessions to go and i cant wait. i am feeling very positive and i am so glad that i visited the clinic. The whole team are very professional and awesome. In last many years I have tried lots of delivery things like : Thai massage, Swedish massage, acupuncture, acupressure, cupping, hydro therapy,etc. But the results that I got with Shockwave and Laser are outstanding. I have not felt this good in many many years. I am in much less pain at age of 40 than what I was at 30. It has given me good hope for my future life. I got the confidence that I can manage my normal life with living with Ankylosing Spondylitis. I would highly recommend this for all sort of pains but very very highly recommended for AS patients as from my experience, there nothing better than this for helping with AS.

My life changing experience. I started of experiencing a lot of pain in my right knee not being able to walk first pain in the Muscles and legs ,knee cracking not being able even to touch my knees unable to stand sleepless throughout the night. Constant pain I saw my Gp who told it’s just a matter off days remaining for not to walk again unless I go for knee replacement. Now I have got my life back after receiving treatment of Laser and Shock Wave have really improved my mobility is now very good and I look more younger. The staff are very professional in their job , always l receive a very good reception each time I go for my treatment from the lovely receptionist Melinda. I would like to thank Arlind, Sam and especially Dr Chris.l would recommend any one who is in pain to try this treatment . You will never regret. The type of chiropractic is different from others, they don't do adjustments instead they use technology such as laser, radial shockwave and decompression equipment to improve your health. Before any treatment happens, they do a neurological test and x-ray which unable the practitioner to identify any issue with your back and neck, once they have discussed with you all treatment options then you are ready to start with your journey to recovery.

All the practitioners are excellent they make sure you are comfortable with the treatments and help you understand what to expect before proceeding with the therapy. In particular I would recommend Maria Georgiu, she is phenomenal!!! Maria has shown to be very experienced and knowledgeable, genuinely passionate about her work, she definitely practices top class customer service (I say that because I worked as Customer Service Manager for many years).

I sprained my back, a regular complaint, (this time having been on holiday sleeping on many uncomfortable mattresses) in December 2018. I was given an appointment the next morning. I was treated with great sympathy and efficiency. In the past, I know the condition would have taken three to four weeks to get me pain free, however with an intensive combination of percussion, laser and gentle manipulation from Michael and his team I was much improved within days and sorted out within 10 days. I can not recommend nor thank them enough.

I was taken to Pro back clinic in London Victoria while in serious leg pain. After the x ray I was told that it was my back. I was put on laser treatments. Now I am on shock waves. Still taking my treatment . Feeling better each day.

I went to Proback Lombard Street as I had trouble lifting my left arm and was in a lot of pain. With the help of Dr. Christian Allard and Enes, I am painfree. I was treated with shock waves, taping, massages and laser. I also suffered with Siatica and received decompression treatment.
