I had an amazing experience with Proback from the moment I book my first appointment. I tried so many other clinics in the past, spent so much money and I couldn’t get anything close to the results I had with Proback. The most incredibly caring staff I ever met. The team is super professional. BIG thank you to the whole team specially my senior practitioner who took the time to explain in rich level of technical detail everything that was happening with neck issue based on the clinical assessment. I left Proback no just feeling MUCH better, but also knowing much more about how to deal my injury. Strongly recommend the shockwave treatment and the spinal decompression treatments.

For years, I suffered from agonising shoulder and neck pain that impacted every part of my life. I’ve had severe neck pain for 10+ years due to degenerative disc disease. I had all the normal treatments from physio, steroids injections, to hardcore pain medications.
All of the above didn’t help and I was slowly losing my life to the agonising pain I was in.
I saw an advertisement from Proback on social media, offering a range of treatments which looked rather promising. I had nothing to lose by going to see them. It was the best thing I ever did.
The initial consultation was very thorough and it was recommended that I start a course of prolozone injections - 5 in total, due to the severity of my condition. I was sceptical as everything else I tried, hadn’t really helped. Just one day after my 1st injections, I woke up with no pain at all. This was the first time in over ten years that I felt pain free.

I was suffering for over a year with severe sciatica to the point I was unable to walk, any normal day to day activities and at a loss of how to ease my back pain. I'd visited my GP multiple times and was working with a physio through the NHS. My pain reached a point where I couldn't take much more, and was irritable and depressed with little hope of a cure.

A friend recommended Proback. My consultation booking was quick and easy, I called and within 48hrs I was being seen for my initial xray and consultation. Within a week, I had started the 18 week treatment plan with spinal decompression and shockwave therapy - the cost was high but I can wholly say it was the best investment I've ever made.

I saw results even after the first session, my symptoms relieved and walking became easier and pain subsided - I religiously followed the advice of the team and within a month I noticed serious progress that without Proback's support wouldn't have happened.

At the beginning of my care, I'd come off an 11hr flight from San Francisco, my pain relapsed as a result of the flight and again I was limping. Whatever I say will be little about this clinic and the people in it. I will start by saying that for 8 years I have been suffering from chronic pain in the spine and neck as a result of professional sports. I have about 4.5 herniated discs, protrusions and a damaged peripheral nervous system. I visited many hospitals and sanatoriums for treatment, but the result was for about 2 weeks and then the pain returned again.Until I found ProBack Clinic. From the phone call to make an appointment, I felt the warmth and care from Melinda. She was very thorough in answering my questions and made an appointment for me. My first visit to the clinic was to have an X-ray done to see the problem and to prescribe a specific treatment for my condition. That day, I also met one of the physiotherapist Johannes, who was extremely attentive and explained everything to me very carefully, because my English is not perfect and he was so good at repeating or finding a way to explain everything in a simpler way.And so began my great adventure with all these wonderful people. Every day the reception was filled with big smiles and despite the pain I was feeling, I forgot about it for a moment. The clinic team is very kind, friendly, attentive and always responsive when I needed help. When I was admitted to the clinic, I was very weak, I could barely move my head and legs, and it was extremely difficult to make any rotational movements. I felt pain with every step and had lost all hope for a normal and mobile life (a year before I met them, I had paresis on the entire left side of my body). We started treatment with shock wave, laser and spinal decompression. This treatment literally saved my life because now I enjoy every movement. I walk without problems, jump, run and dance like before. Johannes was my physiotherapist and together with him we built a wonderful connection and trust in each other and with small steps we achieved big results. I came to ProbakClinic Victoria in very poor condition, suffering from severe lower back pain radiating down my leg, constant backaches, and intense headaches. From the very beginning, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.

The entire team is incredibly attentive and welcoming. I would like to sincerely thank those who made this clinic possible — especially Managing Director Dipa Allard for leading such an exceptional place, and Senior Practitioner Yohanis Kidande for his dedication and effort in helping relieve my pain. His expertise and commitment truly made a difference in my recovery.

After years of struggling with agonising lower back problems, I quite literally stumbled into the Proback Clinic — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Despite my ongoing pain and numerous visits to my local GP and hospital, no one seemed willing to address the root of my issues without resorting to painkillers or invasive surgery.

Dr. Christian Allard and his team took a completely different approach. After an X-ray, I was diagnosed with torn ligaments and herniated discs. Dr. Allard explained everything to me with clarity and precision — what was happening with my back and how best to treat the various problems.

I was prescribed Prolozone Therapy, a non-surgical regenerative injection treatment designed to stimulate the body’s natural healing process and repair damaged ligaments. Over a three-month period, I received five injections. Although the treatment was uncomfortable at times, it has worked like a magical cure for me. I’m now pain-free, walking tall, and slowly returning to my normal activities.

Throughout my treatment, Dr. Allard and his team were patient, understanding, and thoroughly professional. To finally be free of pain is a true blessing. I’m so grateful I entrusted my back care to their capable hands!

I have been struggling with a horrible pain in my lower back shooting down on my leg, sciatica.
I want to mention I couldn't bend forward and I couldn't sit down.
After examination Yohannis set up a treatment plan with shockwave and decompression therapy but he always adapt to the situations (thank you so much for what you are doing,very professional)
After each session my back was feeling good and all those treatments help me to be more flexible but because of hypermobility I had downfalls so we decided to talk to dr.Chris so for my case he was the game changer.
He recommended prolozone therapy and I had to admit I was very scared of the needles,but at that point pain was bigger then the fear, so I tried and I was very surprised,the whole procedure was around 20 min I was just feeling some little pinches but only at the beginning and my back pain was gone.
I couldn't believe it from the first prolozone therapy it was 85%improvement.

My name is Emőke (Amy) and I am trying to explain my whole story short. I have been searching for many years for the cause of my illnesses. In recent years my condition has been getting worse,(pain,numbness,headache,tingling etc..last month I even went to the emergency and they could not find the cause of my pain! Then one day I found this wonderful clinic, where the miracle began! I visited them, they explained in great detail over the phone what a consultation includes, what treatments they provide. During the consultation I had the opportunity to meet the clinic's most attentive doctor(to me) Yohannis, who continues to monitor my recovery process to this day, for which I am very grateful. I also had the opportunity to meet the other members of the team, starting with the reception staffs,Melinda and her lovely colleagues,they are all wonderful and helpful people! First off all I want to say now I'm a pain-free sciatica and I'm very happy 😊 After 12 years of back pain and discomfort and a lot of chiropractic sessions to diferent chiropractic Clinic's I fell again like a 👶 😇😇
After I been First time to Proback and I done the initial examination and X Ray I start to follow up the treatment recommended by the doctor was two tipes of tratament required for my recovery Spinal Decompression and Shockwave terapy this tratament is start in the same day of X Ray results. After a couple of sessions I start, I feel really good. My pain is gone, and I improve my movements and sleep.
I will continue my tratament to the end . I will definitely recommend it to the other's people in need to my family and friends.

Having Hypermobility and a long history of injuries, tendinitis and orthopaedic surgeries I have tried everything from steroid/hyaluronic injections to acupuncture and alternatives therapies to manage pain. So it was with some skepticism that I decided to try prolotherapy and prolozone. Within 10 days of the first injections I felt a significant improvement and the results just keep getting better and better! Now doing other areas too. Very happy with result and the team are all so kind, friendly and caring.

The Proback Victoria team are very lovely. Although it turned out that I had Fibromyalgia, the K-laser and shockwave therapy brought some relief to some unbearable focus points of my pain, when my hips would jam up and my shoulder was sore. They were very understanding and flexible when I messed up my appointment timings due to brain fog, always did the best they could do to accommodate and on occasion, made time to see me if I could drop in quickly. For a long time, their treatment kept me afloat and their kindness and sensitivity honestly brightened up my days. Unfortunately, the treatment didn't fix my underlying issue (which it couldn't have), but it definitely kept me going a bit longer and it's still a great solution to non-pharmaceutical pain relief. I have been attending Proback for several months now and my experience has been truly amazing, the staff are lovely and a pleasure to deal with, you really can tell it is a family run business you are not just a number and that they genuinely want to get you better and they are not just after your money.

You are greeted by the reception team Nessa, Claudia, Melinda & Kyra to name a few who are all lovely and a pleasure to deal with, the practice manager Dipa goes above and beyond to make sure you are looked after the whole reception team are all a pleasure to deal with.

The Chiropractors, Osteopaths and Physiotherapists themselves are very knowledgeable and lovely also, they actually listen to what symptoms you are experiencing and any feedback you give them regarding your symptoms and changes in your symptoms as your treatment progresses.

I have been suffering lower back issues since around 2013 and have been unable, to work since early 2018 due to being in constant unbearable pain.
I even had back surgery in 2019 which initially seemed very positive however I could tell something was still wrong after around 6 months but no one would listen to me, I even got told I should see a phycologist, however 18 months after the back surgery I developed almost constant debilitating lower back pain and started experiencing almost constant muscle spasms accompanied by buttock pain on my right side, in late 2022 I started noticing a weakness below the knee causing me to severely twist my right ankle at the end of 2022.
At the end of 2023 I started developing sciatica-like symptoms then at the beginning of the 2024 I also started to lose the ability to walk and I was reliant on crutches for several months.
I have lost count how many consultants I have actually seen telling me there is nothing obviously wrong with me and I need to focus on rehab exercises. At this point I had already done over 5 years of rehab exercises under the care of multiple Osteopaths, Physio and even a PT after being told my symptoms were not spinal.
However, after doing some research, I suspected something called Piriformis Syndrome might be contributing to my symptoms again no one would listen to me, after getting fed up of being told there is nothing obviously wrong with me and that it’s my head. I decided to visit Proback it’s the best decision I have made in a long time.

When having shockwave therapy usually initially see Arlind the Managing Practitioner, he is very knowledgeable and such a lovely guy usually followed one of the Proback Practitioners which is usually Shola who is amazing or occasionally Damanie or Ophelia who are all very knowledgeable and lovely. Damanie even added something to my treatment plan which helped prove one of my contributing issues was indeed Piriformis Syndrome and also reduce my pain dramatically.
I have more recently also started to also have Prolozone therapy which is normally administered by Dr Christian the lead practitioner and Mudasir who is one of the Physiotherapists they are both very knowledgeable and lovely, Dr Christian also makes your feel very welcome and at ease with humorous side. More recently Samra and Blessy who are also Physiotherapists been treating me they are also lovely. I have noticed my pain has been reduced by over 90% when combining the Prozone Therapy with the Shockwave and Decompression Therapy.
I even got told by an old friend I move young man now not someone more elderly like I used too.

My health issues are very complex and I am not fully pain free yet I recently had a few weeks where I felt the best I had in over 10 years. Together with Proback we have now managed to pinpoint the key areas that are causing my remaining issues. ]

At the end of the day, you have to also put the work in also if you want to get better, you can’t expect many years of ongoing issues to suddenly disappear with just a few treatments. I have few setbacks along the way however I am confident that with Proback’s help I am now very close to being pain free without any serious mobility issues.
