The staff at Pro back are highly professional from the reception staff Dipa Nessa Claudia and Maria to the doctors Chris Arland and the team are very proffesional and know what they are doing, I've had severe pain since a car accident in 2019 so was unable to work since then..... I've had shockwave and decompression treatment for the last 3 months and it's made all the difference.... my sleep is greatly improved so I'm resting well and feel energised when I wake....the pain has become more localised in my lower back but much less painful in a work in progress , I must say a big thank you to doctor Chris and Jason they are always professional and very friendly I was so impressed I introduced my mother for some treatment and so far all is going well she's 83 and feeling better all over I would recommend this clinic to anyone that's suffering pain. Their treatments get to the root of the problem and work to invigorate the healing process we all have, a very effective approach one that works....keep up the great work Dr Chris and the team at Proback....

The Proback team are very welcoming and helpful, they listen to your concerns and always provide a helpful solution. I had shockwave therapy performed as my treatment and it has definitely made a positive impact on my life, i would recommend going to Proback.

Proback gave me life , I feel like 20's once again. Yohanis and Robert does miracle, they have magical hands. I am 45yrs had severe neck ,legs, back pain , tiredness, shoulder stiffness with pain, stress, breathlessness , soreness of body due to degeneration of bones . Now my health is back , no more pains , I can do exercise , all work, without pain, I forgot about my illness which I had in past , shockwave and decompression helped me alot . Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Having previously had a long course of shockwave treatment a few years ago, and having had problems again earlier this year, had no hesitation to return to proback. Ongoing treatment has rectified the recurrent issues I was having. Its a busy place, but all staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Special mention to Johannes and Robert who have treated me - always positive and offer excellent treatment.

Had used proback services years ago and did not hesitate for a second in contacting them again recently after another incident. They put me back on my feet using shockwave and decompression therapy, everybody is professional, prepared and yet friendly and flexible in terms of their approach to my specific problem. Being able to listen to patients is a rare and invaluable skill for anyone involved in the medical profession, thoroughly recommended.

I’ve been having shockwave treatment for the last six weeks and have felt a significant improvement in my movement and posture. Maria, Jason and Abdul are all great at providing treatment and making sure that I am comfortable. Every staff member that I have come across is super friendly. Would really recommend.

I've been having lower back pain issues for over two years, until I came across Proback. I know this sounds like a beginning of an ad, but it is not an ad. I tend to avoid doctors or medical assistance as much as I can, my philosophy is man it out or walk it off, sadly I wasn't able to resolve my issues this way. I've tried NHS, but they were not able to arrange an appointment to assess my issue, instead they advised me to to watch a couple of youtube videos, how to place my hand on a computer mouse, suspecting it might be my posture issue, (since I spend most of the time using computer). I've tried a couple of osteopaths and their approach was massage treatment. That didn't work, so I've decided to invest more time and finance in finding specialists who deal with back pain related issues specifically. I've found a couple of clinics specialising in that area, but I wouldn't commit, until I've done my research, eventually google algorithm kicked in and I've received an ad promoting back pain assessment and x-ray scan, for an affordable price. I gave it
a shot not expecting anything and during my first two visits, I got presented with x-ray scans, diagrams, detailed assessment. I was able to see the comparison of a healthy back and my own. Being able to see the data, and presented with a potential plan of the treatment, I've decided to dive in fully, I felt like I can finally trust people who can explain what is actually wrong with my spine and the way it would be treated. I am one month in, doing shockwave and decompression treatments, having zero expectations, not being able to sit on a chair without pain, not being able to lift my shopping bag without pain, now I am pain free to do these things, but I am not fully there, I am only one month in and I feel that I am 60% better, I can already live my life as normal human being, and that doesn't end there.
I want to to Thank Maria, Katerina, Jason, Damanie, all of the reception staff and the rest I haven't met or forgot.

AMAZING treatment. Came in with severe back pain and ended up coming out feeling nothing! Over an 18 week period I was given Shockwave Therapy, Laser Therapy and Decompression Therapy. These all helped me out tremendously in my recovery. They give discounts too depending on how you want to pay and they don’t force any plans on you from day 1 so you have time to choose. The staff were absolutely wonderful in their work. I do have to put in a special word in for Yohanis as he was the person who mainly worked on me and I’ve been happy with him every step of the way. He’s very caring and understanding. The information he provided is very informative and I never had any second thoughts. I appreciate everyone who helped me out in my recovery and I would 100% recommend this place for any back related pain. The staff won’t fail you at all and they’re all very friendly.

I suffered a slipped disk in my upper back from a climbing injury and got into the system with the NHS who prescribed strong painkillers and put me on a waiting list for surgery, the NHS physio that assessed me also told me not to do any exercise for a year!

I looked for an alternative and found ProBack and I've very glad I did.

After the initial assessment I started treatment with the shockwave therapy and after the 2nd treatment my pain was reduced by 80%, now, after my 8th I'm pain free and rock climbing again, all within a month!

The practitioner in charge of my care, Arlind, is incredibly professional as well as personal, he takes a great interest in my recovery and is tailoring the treatment to my exact situation based on feedback.

All of the staff greet me by name every time I arrive and have made me feel like this IS something I can recover from, after being in severe pain for months it feels like a new lease on life.

The treatment plan I'm in is looking at not just taking the injury pain away but re-aligning my body and back and potentially undoing decades of injuries, I expect that after I complete this I will be in better shape than before my injury.

I know that results will vary from person to person but for me they have nothing short of miraculous, and to think the NHS wanted to operate and fuse my vertebrae!

I want to thank Dr Chris and all staff for helping to stop my suffering of lower back pain and neck problem. I always went to ProBack Victoria and the staff there are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, supportive and caring. I have found it far more superior than any other that I have been treated by. I received a shockwave and decompression and there is a huge difference than when I started here. It helped improve my posture and the pain is majorly reduced. I am now sleeping peacefully and painlessly. I recommend ProBack to anyone with back problems. Administratively, the front of house staff are warm, friendly and caring.

VICTORIA PROBACK DOES MIRACLES

Over the second lockdown period I suffered from back pain caused by sciatica. I was practically paralyzed, couldn't walk at all and had sleepless nights. I Made numerous phone calls to my Gp for help. I was prescribed very strong meds that would knock me out for days but still in a lot of pain. My Gp couldn't find any medication to help relieve my pain but still kept on prescribing stronger doses. I was taking about 6 different painkillers at the same time (I'm surprised I'm still alive or not an addict). I was referred to the hospital as my pain was not going away after 2 months. While I was waiting for an appointment at the hospital, I decided to search online for help privately and saw VICTORIA PROBACK CLINIC. I called to make an appointment for a consultation and the receptionist was amazing on the phone and convinced me to book an appointment the following day.
I walked in there crippled and limping. They accessed me and took my X-ray. I saw Yohanis who went through the procedure on how he is going to fix my back pain using decompression, laser and shockwave. I was extremely sceptical. Being in the pain I was, I thought I'll try them and didn't like the thought of having surgery either but was convinced by Gp that the surgery or Injection is the best option to heal me.
After agreeing to start my treatment with Proback clinic, I finally received my appointment with the hospital for my consultation. I was told by the consultant that I would need either back surgery or an injection on my spine and had no chance that any type of physio or treatment would help me at this stage. Bare in mind that all of this decision was based on numerous phone calls to my Gp but no one had seen me to assess my case.
The consultant was hiding behind his computer, reading the Gp notes and insisted that the best way was surgery. After hearing this information, i Now started to doubt Proback clinic but attended my sessions with Yohanis. I told him what the hospital said and he reassured me that surgery is not an option for me at this stage but patience and trusting the plan he made for my recovery will help me.
This was the best decision I made. After 5 months of treatment I am a new person, I can run, walk, no more sleepless nights and no longer on medications.
And Guess what? Now that I am fully healed, I still haven't heard from the hospital for my surgery that apparently I needed to heal me (what a joke).
Massive thanks to the reception team for caring and not letting me down with my appointments.

I suffered from severe one-sided headaches and pain in my arm and leg. I saw my GP and several consultants including a neurologist. My GP said that as my scans showed no structural damage, there was nothing that can be done.

Having been suffering since last year with chronic pain and not getting anywhere with NHS, I researched different non-invasive therapies and came across Pro-back clinic. After my consultation, Doctor Christian Allard suggested a course of shockwave treatments. At last, what a relief! Doctor Christian knew what the issue was and how it could be treated.

Immediately after a couple of sessions, I noticed a remarkable difference. I no longer suffer from constant headaches and don’t feel nauseous or dizzy. I had forgotten what it was like to be pain free. After investing all my resources, meeting different consultants and several GP appointments, not getting anywhere, I finally see that there is hope for me that I will get better. I would very much recommend this clinic.

I want to mention Dipa, who was the first staff member who I spoke to over the phone to book a consultation. Dipa is very warm, helpful and really listened. Thanks to Ophelia and my practitioner, Abdul who are very professional, knowledgeable and patient.

I highly recommend proback clinic! All the staff is Very professional and friendly! I've been visiting clinic for over 2 months and I couldn't be happier with the results. I did mixture of decompression, shockwave and laser therapy for my lumbar area and the results within 2 months are amazing. I don't want to go too much into details in regards my lower back issues but I was in pain 24/7 and very poor sleeping pattern. After 2 months of therapy I have no more pain, much improved mobility and I can finally enjoy a good sleep! I still have to use orthotics cushions for another 2 months and home exercises to improve my posture and strengthen my back but I can enjoy my everyday life now which is priceless! I wanna say special thank you to my practitioner Yohanis! I feel like he went extra mile for me but I'm sure this is how he treat every patient. Also I wanna say thank you to very friendly and caring reception team especially Dipa and Feven always helped with my requests 😊 so thank you PROBACK CLINIC you are fantastic!!!

I had a treatment therapy at Proback and I am delighted to say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was very impressed by their services and courtesey.
The scan carried out at Proback showed multiple issues on the spine including a herniated disc.
Before I started treatment, I was unable to put my feet down or sit not even for 5 minutes. The pain was just unbearable. Now I don't feel any pain on the herniated disc, as if the herniation had never been there before, and I can do almost everything, even cycling!
I received a treatment combination of decompression and shockwave therapy, together with orthotic cushions and some special exercises to do at home to correct the spine anomalies.
The staff there are very professional and are genuinely committed to what they do. They not only treat the symptoms, they actually treat the root or the underlying cause of the pain which I quite like!
A big thank you to everyone who has contributed to this wonderful journey, esp Arlind, Olly and Hannah who genuinely care about their patients and do everything they can to ensure the patient is comfortable, fully recovering and pain-free. I have experienced massive improvement and dramatic change which I am very grateful for and I am hoping I will continue to live pain-free for years to come.
A special thank you to Arlind who was taking care of the cervical part of the spine and who was always there to answer my questions and give a scientific explanation to the issues I was experiencing. He also provided me with some tips and techniques to maintain a healthy spine and avoid potential pain.
The reception staff are all very kind and welcoming! They are very approachable and friendly, yet professional.
I highly recommend Proback for what they do. They know their stuff, they are knowledgeable and result-oriented. So if you experience back or neck pain, give Proback a try. The only thing you might regret is not going there sooner!

I am very disappointed with this treatment, after my first discounted session they (David) advised to take the 18-session package (decompression-shockwave) and promised to get me at least 80% pain free. After wasted more than 2 months and spent a lot of money I am now getting ready for surgery. The staff is very kind but in Surbiton there is a lack of communication and professionalism in between the staff members. Plenty of times I received different set of exercises with no clarity and sometimes with contradictions. Sometimes I felt like a number and not a patient as there was not a follow up during the process, different staff members treating you, always in a rush with no time to answer questions (David mostly) some sessions I had to ask why I still in pain and many times David answer that it could be a mental problem!! Or maybe I am not doing my exercise properly! I stopped working just to concentrate in my back health and followed every single step. I understand that this a treatment might work for others but at least be honest and advice patient if this treatment is working or not for you. After I stoped going for my latest sessions there was not feedback or assessment. I believe they just don't care as long they are busy.

I can honestly say that ProBack has changed my life, before I found them I was in really bad shape. I felt like an old man at 21 years old, I've been to many different chiropractors and I've gone to the NHS for help. Unfortunately for me that did nothing but make things worse as time went on, nonetheless I didn't give up on getting back to full fitness which I'm still doing. After just one shockwave therapy session I felt more normal than I can even remember, then after 12 of those sessions; bearing in mind that I was being active by stretching and exercising, I felt young again. I definitely recommend trying them out, it will be worth your time and money!

I was after an effective treatment/specialised therapy for my very painful and tense back & neck caused by long hours sitting at a Desk. I have been seeing the ProBack team at Victoria for a few months now, with great results! Their radial shockwave therapy along with their K-Laser & Cupping Therapy is excellent. They were able to hit all the problem areas in my back effectively. On top of this, the combination of their knowledge, spinal orthotics and exercises have proven very efficient. Firstly, the staff are very welcoming and positive. The work done by this practice gives great results and has helped me start to recover from sciatica. My pain has hugely reduced since my first appointment of shockwave therapy and treatments are handled with care. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with spondyliolythesis which caused me chronic pain and spasms in my lower back that affected my walking and my gait. I tried chiropractors, osteopaths physiotherapy and nothing worked to relieve the pain or the distress that was caused. I noticed that my walking was beginning to become more impaired and I developed a curvature in my spine. I took painkillers that did not provide lasting effect. I saw Proback Victoria's advert in the paper and thought I would give them a try. This decision was not taken lightly as I lived over 200 miles from London and this would mean travelling for 8 hours to attend appointments. I was willing to try something different. Regrets I have none. I made a decision and boy am I glad! They were very professional and thorough and made you feel comfortable. All I would say is that the hands of Dan provided the best feeling I had experienced in over 4 years. I was SHOCKED! This was then followed with shockwave and decompressions and I watched gradually as the intensity of the pain decreased and I was walking further without my back going into spasm. I cannot express how greatful I am for all of the staff who helped to alleviate my pain. I still have a way to go but I am hopeful. It was a long journey but absolutely worth it!
