What a wonderful Team.
For weeks I suffered with severe sciatica, I couldn't walk, sit, or sleep was on pain killers I was waiting for a 2nd back operation for a bulging disc when thankfully I came across an advert for Proback and normally I would pass it by. But something made me click on it and have a look and I thought this sounds good and even though I was still in two minds I decided to call the guy on the phone I think was Sam was so lovely. I explained everything to him and he said to come in and get Dr Christian to have a look as he thought that there was something they could do. I had started to wean myself off the tablets for the op I was able to get around easier which helped me get to London. Well I am half way through my 12 week treatment of Shockwave and I have to say wow my leftside feels so good no pain, I am more relaxed and sleeping better which has lifted my mood too as we all know when you are in pain it can bring you down. Dr Christian and his team at Proback are very professional, very caring I am so glad I made this decision and would recommend anyone to come in and see Dr Christian. Thankyou to you all Proback

I m suffering from sciatica pain since last year due to 2discs hernia. I was desperate when I went to Proback back clinic based in London City( 3min walking from Bank station). I m half way of the treatment and I m already feeling improvements, I m grateful to Arlind, he is very professional and you can tell he knows what he is doing.
Also Dipa and Melinda at the reception make you feel at home. I highly recommend it. They are also very organized reguarding Covid misures as PPE and social distancing. I didn't give a full stars just because I didn't finish my treatment yet but the way is going is very impressive.

Discovering Proback has been a life changer.
After suffering from back pain for 4 years, and discussing surgery for bulging discs and sciatica, I was sceptical that 'yet another' chiropractor would be able to help.
I'm SO glad I took that chance.
In the initial consultation I was finally given a clear explanation of what was causing the problems, and we had a plan of treatment that was going to help mobilise and eliminate the pain. I now walk, run around with the kids, sleep and live pain free 99% of the time.

Proback is the place to go for any back pain issues or sciatica. Proback has changed my life and i can now sleep on my left side! The team is very professional, friendly and welcoming. Since the first day of my assessment, proback team explained what they were going to do and how many treatments I would need to recover. Dr. Allard explained in detail what was causing pain down my left side of the body. Me and my mum having treatment at proback victoria clinic for sciatica and neck pain. My mum recovered very well then i started having treatment with shockwave and IDD therapy. I am halfway through treatment now. Before sotting was the worse position for me now able to sit without pain and my sciatica pain gone as well.
I just want to say thank you to all the staffs and each practitioner which help me to get better. I want to say many thanks to Maria she is very caring and wonderful person.

Proback Surbiton are helpful and extremely professional. Like many others these days we all know that 16 hours a day sat hunched over a computer is not healthy. When I first visited Proback Surbiton, I like so many other business professionals had poor posture causing neck pain, back pain and the symptoms of sciatica. The chiropractors at Proback Clinics Surbiton, along with the sports therapy team helped me no end and got me moving! I'd recommend this clinic to anyone - you will be welcomed with a smile and leave with a skip in your step

After visiting several osteopaths and chiropractics and NHS professionals I had made little to no headway in relieving the symptoms of sciatica which had gone on for over 12 months. On My first visit to Surbiton David said he thought he could fix it and within a couple of months the pain had completely gone. I was able to run around the tennis court again rather than merely shuffle and resume hiking. David, Michael and the team are very professional and though getting to Surbiton is a bit of a trek it has been well worth it.

I am a sciatica sufferer who took up their £70 offer for an initial consultation and diagnosis at their Surbiton offices as advertised in the Metro.
The initial visit was ok until the doctor had completed his initial examination; I tried to engage him as to what the issues were he refused to do this and said I needed to come back again with some objectives of what I wanted to achieve. I tried to tell him twice I had though long and hard about my problem and done a considerable amount of research - he was offhand and refused to answer my questions.
I went back fro my second visit and ended up walking out. I was kept waiting 20 minutes and then shown a video on how the spine works then shown into a consulting room and kept waiting for a further 5 minutes. There were 3 admin assistants behind the counter and not one of them offered an apology or explanation. So in the end just got up and walked out.
In my experience the whole set up is unprofessional
