Firstly, I would like to thank Dr Christian Allard and his gorgeous wife Dipa Allard, for founding this clinic and for having such an awesome team of specialists.

My journey with Proback, Victoria, began at the end of May 2024, and I will arrive at the end of my treatment by the end of October.
I received shock-wave and decompression treatments for sciatica and spinal realignment.

My journey began with my desperate search for someone who could help rid my body of the sciatica I had been experiencing for a number of years. Prior to discovering Proback, I had tried various therapies and treatments but nothing helped for long and I found myself living with constant leg, hip and lower back pain.

After my initial consultation with Proback, I knew I had made the right call; because at Proback, your initial consultation includes two visits: first you have your x-rays taken, secondly you see the results of said x-rays and have a discussion with a specialist.
This is where I had a major epiphany! When I saw my x-rays my jaw dropped because I was then able to see the condition of my spine which clarified the problems I was experiencing with my body. More than that, after my consultation with Probacks Managing Practitioner, Mr Arlind Cela, I reached a better understanding of where my pain was coming from. Mr Cela is no ordinary practitioner; this man is a miracle worker when it comes to the body and mind: I have had counselling over the years owing to PTSD and no other specialist has been able to do for my body and mind what Arlind Cela has done. In fact, every multi-disciplined practitioner I came into contact with at Proback, seemed to have something magical about them, so much so that after a few occasions of having
Mr Shola Adedo provide me with shock-wave therapy, I requested to have him as a constant because he just seemed to know were my discomfort was every time I saw him!

I have been attending Proback for a few months now all the staff are amazing and so lovely to deal with. You are greeted by the reception team Nessa, Claudia & Connie to name a few who are all lovely and a pleasure to deal with the practice manager Dipa is also lovely the whole reception team are all a pleasure to deal with, the chiropractors themselves are very knowledgeable and lovely also, they actually listen to what symptoms you have and any feedback you give them regarding your symptoms and changes in your symptoms.

I have been suffering lower back issues since around 2013 and have been unable, to work since early 2018 due to being in constant unbearable pain.
I even had back surgery in 2019 which initially seemed positive but I could tell something was wrong but no one would listen to me, I even got told I should see a phycologist however 18 months after the back surgery I developed almost constant debilitating lower back muscle spasms, in late 2022 I started noticing a weakness below the knee causing me to severely twist my right ankle at the end of 2022.
At the end of 2023 I started developing what I now know is sciatica-like symptoms then at the beginning of the 2024 I also started to lose the ability to walk and I am now reliant on crutches whenever I leave my home. I have lost count how many consultants I have actually seen telling me there is nothing obvious wrong with my back and I need to focus on rehab exercises. I have done over 5 years of rehab exercises under the care of multiple Osteopaths, Physio and even a PT after being told my symptoms are not spinal.
However, I decided to come Roback after doing some research and getting fed up of being told there is nothing obviously wrong with my back when I could tell it’s my back causing my issues, it’s the best decision I have made in a long time.
I usually initially see Arlind the Managing Practitioner he is very knowledgeable and such a lovely guy usually followed by either Shola or Dimitar who are also both very knowledgeable and lovely. Ophelia tends to do my reassessments she is also knowledgeable and lovely. I have it’s also had treatment with a few other practitioners for example Damanie is also very knowledgeable and lovely in fact the whole team is amazing.

Although I am not 100% yet I feel like we are on the right track to pin pointing the exact source of my main issues and very close to figuring out how best to treat them hopefully meaning I have a much better quality of life. For example, my sciatica-like symptoms and pain are much less than it was previously I even had a few days last week where I could walk without crutches for short distances.

I can honestly say I have had better results with Proback over a few months than I have had over the last 5 years with multiple consultants, chiropractors, osteopaths and physios etc. THANK YOU.

I’m a landscape gardener and in early December 2023 I was experiencing very painful lower back problems.
Unfortunately my doctor was unable to help and the NHS waiting list was going to be several months.
I found ProBack on the internet late on a Thursday evening, called them and had my first consultation and X-rays the next day.
My treatment started 2 days later and every week for the next 4 months.
I had lost much of the curve in my lower spine and had compacted discs.
Every Tuesday afternoon I would arrive at the clinic for shockwave treatments and decompression. I was always on time and never had to wait. The reception staff were amazing. They were beyond polite and the most efficient team I’ve ever met.
The therapists were absolutely incredible and over the ensuing weeks and months they worked their magic. I was massaged, stretched and given an exercise regime as well as a rather unique lumber cushion.
I had my final consultation and X-ray results a week ago and despite feeling amazing I was a little nervous.
I couldn’t believe it when I compared the before and after X-rays of the curve in my spine. It had corrected itself by 30% and was almost back to where it should be.
I have another check up in a few weeks time and in the meantime I will continue with the exercises and lumber cushion. I’m no longer in pain and my posture has improved significantly.
The team at ProBack in Victoria are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them 100%. Thank you.

Low Back Pain Relief

I have had low back pain for years due to prolapsed lower herniated discs’ bulging. I had sought various treatments from other places but my pain threshold remained the same and over the years ended up with excruciating acute pains at times. I started my treatments at Proback Clinic In June this year and couldn’t be happier with the results so far.

I am always treated with utmost courtesy from the moment I walk into the clinic, all the reception staff make me feel so welcome and comfortable.

My practitioners, Abdul, Katerina, Jason are caring professionals, together with rest of the team members’ expertise and advice is always welcoming and truly appreciated.

The treatments are tailored to my specific needs, It’s incredible how much my pain has improved with various treatments I have on weekly basis, my family have also seen great improvement in me as they know how I have suffered in the past. I am halfway through my treatments and can envisage further improvements when I can finally say goodbye to my LBP.

Having been to chiropractors in the past that hadn't helped correct my lower back discomfort since my gym injury, I was skeptical that my injury was fixable.
I gave ProBack a chance as a one last try & long story short they fixed it for me! I no longer have the discomfort & feel like my old self again. The team is lovely, it doesn't feel like a chore going in for appointments because everyone is so friendly, I actually looked forward to going in for every session which is rare & a testament to the team.

The staff at Pro back are highly professional from the reception staff Dipa Nessa Claudia and Maria to the doctors Chris Arland and the team are very proffesional and know what they are doing, I've had severe pain since a car accident in 2019 so was unable to work since then..... I've had shockwave and decompression treatment for the last 3 months and it's made all the difference.... my sleep is greatly improved so I'm resting well and feel energised when I wake....the pain has become more localised in my lower back but much less painful in a work in progress , I must say a big thank you to doctor Chris and Jason they are always professional and very friendly I was so impressed I introduced my mother for some treatment and so far all is going well she's 83 and feeling better all over I would recommend this clinic to anyone that's suffering pain. Proback gave me life , I feel like 20's once again. Yohanis and Robert does miracle, they have magical hands. I have had neck and lower back pain for very long time. I tried many differents massages but no positive results. I came accros Proback and after reading reviews i decided to give it a try. Amazing service and friendly team. A huge thank you to the Proback team for the treatment they have provided. After no help and being denied an X-ray by my GP, I’m so grateful I found Proback. They provided X-rays and explained the results and treatment in detail, they are very knowledgeable and I was able to trust them from the get go that they will provide a good service. I can't be more thankful to the team at Proback, I was in a really bad place when I found them. For about a year I was walking with a cane, suffered horrible pain in my left leg and my back and spine. I had to move back with my parents and hardly held on to my job. The NHS couldn't care less, after a wait of several months to seea neurologist I was sent home with gabapentin a nerve pain killer and blamed my symptoms were blamed on anxiety, I stopped taking the medication as I didnt believe they even tried to find out (my appointment lasted 5 minutes after waiting 4 months in bed).
I found Proback through an advert on youtube, things went quickly from that, I had an X-ray after Dr Chris drew a plan to what we can do.
The results were amazing, in a months time I was back playing sports, going to the gym, throw my cane away and started walking normally again.
I'm still not fully recovered I see the team regularly to identify/contain my problem until we can find a diagnosis.
I couldn't recommend more, I stopped seeing my previous chiropractor as I have seen better results from Proback.

On Hand and Knees. After consultation, found out I had a Severely Compressed Spine and Neck Vertebrates. Right Hip drops a few millimetres. Treatment started on the 2nd June 2022. I crawled in and walked out. 5 months on, All Lower Back Pain disappeared within three weeks of starting Treatment. Process included Laser Treatment for the Sore Area within my Right Hip, Decompressing the Spine thus lifting back to near it original position, Shock Treatment to the entire back Area including Right Hip. Currently, only revisit for monthly check-ups. As an Engineer, I’m back on my feet No Pain or Stiffness. I will forever be thankful for the Team at Proback.
