Due to the failure of back surgery, I was left in debilitating pain and for a number of reasons due to complications of the surgery, I was left paralysed. I have been a client of ProBack for over a decade. Due to my back problems, I have to see them a number of times a year. I consider myself so lucky that David (Surbiton) is able to treat me. When I enter the clinic I am in absolute agony and when I leave and certainly 24 hours later, I feel like a new man once more. Life-changing is how I would describe what David and the team do. I have sent over 15 people to see David and the team over the years and that have all experienced success. The service and results are beyond my wildest dreams. I now live pain-free thanks to David and the team

Proback has been sensational, how did I not find them earlier. Fantastic team with a vast array of knowledge. Arlind was the therapist who I saw for my results session, the amount of detail he went into real opened my eyes. He helped me understand what was happening with my body and explained how the suggested treatments would help. It was a real eye opener, I've never had someone take the time and go through my results in such detail. The progress speaks for itself, I have noticed I'm feeling like old self once again.

With what's happening at the moment, Proback is more than equipped to deal with the covid situation. Everyone is in full PPE and they disinfect all the equipment after each patient. I couldn't recommend them enough, if only I found them sooner!

I have been attending Proback clinic from August 2020 this year with jaw pain (TMJ) and could only open my mouth just a little. Also I had very little movement in my neck unable to turn my neck from left and right because of the pain.
Now I am half way in my treatment and the result from the shockwave is amazing. I feel myself again.
I am still having treatment once a week but at the beginning I was having it twice a week.
I am happy with the way it is going. I can feel the improvement and I have great movement again.
The staff surely knowns what they are doing the way they find exactly the pain spot is remarkable.
The staff are very professional, presentable and friendly and always wearing a smile which makes you feel relaxed.

I was so impressed with my treatment. The analysis of the issue is really comprehensive, and the team treat you with real care. The shockwave therapy worked wonders for me, I had been having spasms down my back which have since completely disappeared, and the curvature in my neck has almost completely corrected now. I still have some RSI-related nerve pain in my wrist but we're working on it and it's definitely improving over time. Arlind is incredibly knowledgeable and I really like that he explains what's going on in my body and what he is doing to address it. His supporting team have also been excellent, really friendly and evidently very highly skilled. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable.

During the lock-down period this year (2020) I often suffered severe sciatica pain in my right leg. It manifested itself by pain radiating down the back of the thigh and calf, the ankle and foot felt strangulated and often the sole of the foot was numb.
The team at Proback gave me an individualised treatment programme with shockwave, decompression treatment and exercises. This relieved the pain gradually and the feeling in my foot came back. It means I have my life back!

After having pain in a specific point in my lower back/pelvis for 6 years and umpteen appointments at regular chiropractors and osteopaths, one appointment at Proback and that specific pain disappeared. Don’t get me wrong, I know this is not a ‘quick fix’, but they like to get to the root of the problem, not just treat the symptoms and to find the issues (car accident, falls, children…) that over time, life has just made worse for me. Dr Chris explains everything to me and every week is progress. Exercising is easier, I feel stronger and fitter, my range is better and I can feel that the right muscles are doing the right jobs for the first time in a very long while.
You look after other parts of your body regularly, your teeth, your eyesight, so why on earth wouldn’t you look after your spine and have regular maintenance? It’s not cheap, but as someone else below said, you cannot put a price on you or your family’s health. Just think of all the things that could happen later in life due to lack of movement now. It is well worth it.
The staff at Proback are all so welcoming and friendly, Dipa and her team, Ioannis is just amazing, as are all of them. I cannot recommend Chris and his team highly enough.

My experience with Proback Victoria has been nothing short of exceptional! My husband suffers from a rare illness called Ehlers Danlos which creates severe pain in all of his body, including migraine 24/7, for 365 days a year! And also atrocious pain from the trigeminal nerve!
Proback was our last resort! They tailor the treatment to your personal needs, and although my husband is a complicated case their determination to help him has led to very positive results! Dr Christian Allard and Dipa have created a warm and caring team and from the the moment that you step into the clinic you feel immediately uplifted because you know you are on the road to getting better!

I was introduced to ProBack via my case manager and I cannot express my gratitude using a simpler word other than "family". The understanding of my issues, forward thinking, plan set in place for my recovery, care given and attention to detail have been second to none. My experience in the clinic is been really positive .
I have been suffering with back pain for quite some time.
I chose pro back because the do xrays to diagnose , as a result although my pain was in lower back I discovered that my problem was at the top and my neck was forward 4 cm .
They gave me my program and price with a few options in how to pay and they let me have the first session and think about how was the option for me to pay till the next session They never pressured me and gave me all the facilities.

The treatment is great they look at a whole body , it is help me out to sleep better they also use orthotics which I have been using for a while and I find really helpful . They are very professional and knoledgeable.
I am very happy the way is going I can feel an improvement I have better range of movement and I can feel my neck has improved a lot .
I have been told in the pass that my hump on the back of my neck couldn’t be corrected so I am very happy to have found proback to be able to correct the curvature on my neck .
My experience is very positive in all aspects. I currently see Chris and Sneha they are both brilliant .
The team is very friendly and helpful from reception to the end of the treatment you feel well looked after.
I highly recommend them I feel really lucky to have found them .

I went for a series of treatments when I started to experience pain and limited range of motion in my lower back. My experience from start to end was outstanding! What I liked most was their highly professional and consultative approach. I’m the type of person that asks (sometimes a lot) of questions because I like to understand the “how, what and why”. Throughout my treatment, I felt informed as well as educated on what aftercare I should adopt to help improve my condition.

I have used to have terrible back pain when I first came to Proback. It even hurt to lie down and walk sometimes, but now I'm on my third session and it rarely hurts. Even during corona Pro back has helped me get rid of my pains with such a care. I have improved my back by 80% thanks to the amazing team.

Excellent clinic! 24 year old male, came to Proback in early July with a previous diagnosis of two herniated discs from several sports injuries causing me severe, chronic pain.
Had an X-ray and examination taken at Proback and was offered decompression and shockwave treatments. I started feeling better from the first session and am pain free at the time of writing. Dr Allard (Chris) takes a holistic approach - treating the causes of the pain, not just the symptoms. The rest of the team are absolutely lovely, as well, and super attentive.

The Pro Back clinic has been a life changing experience.
20 minutes of shockwave therapy clears inflammation and restores more range of movement than a yoga session and 1.5 hour sports massage.
As the treatment gets more effective with the inclusion of spinal corrective movements and tools, I find that sensitivity has returned to all of my extremities. This has also made a difference to how food tastes, much more enjoyable.
A heartfelt Thank You to all of the team. Life looks much more positive for the future.

I was recommended proback by my husband who has hugely benefited from the shockwave treatment offered. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and mid/lower back pain. The results of the shockwave treatment are great and I feel so much more energetic and in less pain after each visit. What a wonderful Team.
For weeks I suffered with severe sciatica, I couldn't walk, sit, or sleep was on pain killers I was waiting for a 2nd back operation for a bulging disc when thankfully I came across an advert for Proback and normally I would pass it by. But something made me click on it and have a look and I thought this sounds good and even though I was still in two minds I decided to call the guy on the phone I think was Sam was so lovely. I explained everything to him and he said to come in and get Dr Christian to have a look as he thought that there was something they could do. I had started to wean myself off the tablets for the op I was able to get around easier which helped me get to London. Well I am half way through my 12 week treatment of Shockwave and I have to say wow my leftside feels so good no pain, I am more relaxed and sleeping better which has lifted my mood too as we all know when you are in pain it can bring you down. As a back suffer for over 20 years and being in and out of hospital for operation/epidural/facet injections.

I of course was very sceptical about anything that would ease up any pain, and kinda just got use to managing my pain best I could.

I stumbled across Proback Clinic looking at Instagram not sure why but something made me look into it a bit more, I was contacted straight away and the very pleasant and informative consultant spoke to me and an assessment appointment was booked.

Not sure what I was going to expect but after a full body check up with xrays and lots of questions, a full diagnosis of what my problem was detected. The treatment started straight away, I am now on my 8th treatment and have never felt better. Just knowing that the treatment was working so quickly was amazing. I wish I had found Proback years ago, The staff are amazing Dr Chris is the miracle worker and very caring towards you, and want to see you get better. Dipa such a caring lovely lady, and the rest of the team also.

I truly believe that I'm a lot stronger now and very positive that the rest of my treatment will give me a better quality of life. Thank you Proback :)

I was attending ProBack Victoria before the lockdown, for decompression. Damanie was my consultant there, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to go through each step of my treatment plan and after each session he would explain how I would progress.

They then closed during lockdown but ProBack City opened during COVID-19 Dipa called me to inform me it was open and went through all the protocols, they had put in place to make sure it was safe for me to continue my treatment. This was my biggest worry. She was very friendly and informative.

On arrival I was welcomed by Dipa and Melinda who were very enthusiastic and demonstrated good people skills. The ProBack city team ensured you have your temperature taken, wear a mask and gloves.

Arlind was my new consultant and he already new my treatment plan and what the next steps were, before meeting me. He demonstrated good knowledge of the treatment he was giving me and in his own time researched how to support me best. As I am an athlete training for the Olympics.

They all wore PPE, and I witnessed them continuously cleaning all the equipment. Arlind, Dipa and Melinda have made this experience safe and stress free during COVID-19.I previously I was Attending twice a week, but then it was cut down to once a week. As I made so much progress and my back is even stronger than before. This is down to the teams experience and I can not thank them enough.

We started treatment at Proback‘s and then stopped temporarily during lockdown as we have a vulnerable adult who has underlying conditions. We were worried and concerned about bringing the patient into an environment were COVID-19 could be contracted, however since the reopening of Proback‘s we have contacted Dr David Brown and we have had numerous conversations before resuming treatment. Pro backs have new health and safety procedures in light of COVID-19, and after reading their procedures we have brought the patient back to resume treatment. The patient has been having treatment at Proback Surbiton and we have been very impressed with their procedures that they have put into place for vulnerable adults and in fact for all patients which includes personal protective equipment for the patient and for the team. They carry out a deep clean every time a new patient receives treatment and have special lighting which cleans the premises whilst there are no patients on site, your temperature is also taken for extra caution.

Pro-back also ensure that vulnerable adults have appointments whilst there are no more than one person or no other patients on site at the same time as the vulnerable adult which reduces risk of COVID-19. Appointments have been tailored to suit patient needs so if any of you are worried I can reassure you that every precaution has been taken by Proback to ensure the safety of their patients and I myself as a visitor bringing in a vulnerable adult ware protective personal equipment myself when attending with the patient, however if you don’t have PPE, pro backs will provide. I feel completely safe, the team and Dr David Brown all ware protective clothing whilst carrying out treatment safely, and after each treatment the room is cleaned thoroughly before the next patient arrives so if any of you have any concerns or worries please just give Proback a call and read the new health and safety procedures and see for yourself, we were impressed and still are and our patient is now receiving the treatment that he requires and getting better every time he attends without any concerns regarding his well-being so please book your appointment and most importantly if you’ve got any concerns contact Dr David Brown or the team to book your appointment and let them reassure you. It’s a fantastic service and they take great care of you.
