my experience with Proback, and specifically with Yohanis, has been nothing short of outstanding. I have so much to thank Proback for! I came in with a disc herniation causing awful sciatica that I was finding really hard to tackle by myself at 21- I was rapidly losing mobility and getting worse faster than I could manage it. Though I'm not 100% yet (to be expected!) I owe all the improvement to Proback. I found all three treatments to be beneficial - decompression, laser, and shockwave. There was a point where I couldn't straighten my leg or walk for 30 minutes every morning due to nerve pain, and now I do not have any sciatic pain and am back in the gym which was my goal! I do not live close to the clinic at all, and each session would be a 4 hour round trip for me, but I would have travelled for twice that to have the results I achieved. I would recommend this clinic especially if you feel a little exasperated with NHS physio as I did. Going to Proback feels like you're actually healing the root of the problem. Every single staff member I came across or met was lovely, professional, and had a great attitude. It genuinely felt like every practitioner I saw wanted me to get better- they are all just really nice people.

Exemplary service and professional behaviour when treating my chronic back condition. All the staff were very professional and went above and beyond in dealing with my pain. No pain now! Will keep maintaining this treatment for my lifetime!

I have slipped disc I've been In too many treatment centers in London none worked better than proback clinic for me. Mid of 2023 i stop working i thought i will never walk again I reached the point where I was barely able to walk i was in bed for months then I stumbled upon this clinic online, after the treatment I feel that I have better sleep, I'm able to walk do my daily activities take my kids out, go out with my friends again and will go back to work after my treatment finishes.thank you very much for all staff who supported me all the way specially Katerina Dipa and Nehir i am not good with names my apologie.

Great people, top treatment from day one having great success in relieving my back pain after having it for more than 20 years. I am walking better' standing more upright, my wife said I am two inch taller. They have worked around a holiday I had and a few missed appointments because of illness. Wel worth the time and money.

My experience in the clinic was great. For starters they have excellent customer service and it was really easy getting started as a patient. Moreover I have had good results with their treatments and very good experience with the staff in general.

My experience with Proback has been great. My back pain has reduced greatly and I am able to go about my daily routines pain free. Everyone is always helpful and very professional. Very easy to book and reschedule appointments. Katerina was amazing, I was always greeted with a smile. She connects with her patients really well and makes them feel comfortable and at ease.

The experience I had is fantastic - warm welcome professionalism and understanding.
I came to the clinic mostly for my right numb leg, as I have problem to stand and sitting while driving some times when sitting on the chair as well depends of the position. However after the Xray Dr. Christian Allar also told me that I have a stiff neck where the headaches come from time to time. I was then given with the personalised treatment plan - explaining the need of treat the problem from its root rather then taking a painkiller. What the procedure will suits best my situation as Shockwave Therapies and Spinal Decompressions, cushions and some exercises.
I started to feel the difference from the very second week of my treatment, feel like new person (every part of your body start to adjust to a NEW YOU), My numb and tingling of the right leg started to fade day by day until it was gone and you forget all about it - Isn't That GREAT???
Never the less my neck has improved as well and didn't feel that tired anymore, nor headaches.
All the staff at the clinic works with professionalism and understand the Patient's pain. We all have it in some point of our life!!!
I do highly recommend ProBack clinic for those who have back or neck pain issues.

I' be been with ProBack for a few weeks now and I still have few sessions till completion . Everything good so far, a serious improvement. They seem to be professionals and friendly and willing to provide a high level of care. Thank you..

The staff are very friendly and the best part of the treatment is that all staff are well qualified. If you every experience pain you can always book an early appointment to be seen by any professional chiropractor, as they will have your case file and X-rays during the treatment. I always feel relaxed after my treatment and my mobility improves immediately. I highly recommend the clinic as they saved me from undergoing a major operation. I have become more flexible. If you been suffering for long then please try this clinic. I have had chronic pain to the to the point I was poking objects in my back to get some relief, however after undergoing my treatment I no longer feel the the intense pain. Poor posture, and any back related problems this clinic will be able to set you on to recovery. I would like to thank all the staff for taking good care of my health and for asking how I feel after my treatment. The clinic staff always will ask how you are progressing. In the event you feel pain they have chiropractor available to answers your questions over the phone.

Neck, Shoulder and Lumbar pain I had 12 week of shock wave therapy using denneroll which was given for neck cervical adjustment and thoracic spine adjustment this has reduced my muscular pain significantly and has corrected my sitting posture

My experience with the clinic has been nothing short of amazing; they have been informative and clear with me every step of the way. When I first sought help from them, I was in extreme amounts of pain in the morning, and throughout the day in multiple areas in my back. I am now at the point where I have just gone a full day without a single sensation of pain in any region of my back, and I am still quite fairly at the start of my back journey. I know I still have quite a while to go, but I am extremely hopeful and optimistic and can only thank the Pro Back clinic for their amazing service and doing what others couldn’t do for me in such a short period of time also!

I have started having treatment at Proback about three years ago following a vertigo attack. I have been offered shockwave therapy and responded very well to it. Part of the problem was calcification in shoulders and neck. The treatment helped to restore my neck mobility. After about 10 weeks of Shockwave treatment, my condition improved markedly. Since then, I go to Proback for maintenance treatments. Arlind and all practitioners at Proback are very friendly, professional, helpful and experienced. The overall experience at Proback has been very positive. All staff and receptionists are welcoming, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Proback.

Low Back Pain Relief

I have had low back pain for years due to prolapsed lower herniated discs’ bulging. I had sought various treatments from other places but my pain threshold remained the same and over the years ended up with excruciating acute pains at times. I started my treatments at Proback Clinic In June this year and couldn’t be happier with the results so far.

I am always treated with utmost courtesy from the moment I walk into the clinic, all the reception staff make me feel so welcome and comfortable.

My practitioners, Abdul, Katerina, Jason are caring professionals, together with rest of the team members’ expertise and advice is always welcoming and truly appreciated.

The treatments are tailored to my specific needs, It’s incredible how much my pain has improved with various treatments I have on weekly basis, my family have also seen great improvement in me as they know how I have suffered in the past. I am halfway through my treatments and can envisage further improvements when I can finally say goodbye to my LBP.

I highly recommend ProBack Clinic to anyone seeking help from back issues. The holistic approach and their genuine care has prompted me to write this review since my experience with the clinic has been so fruitful and how they have alleviated my pain for a better quality of life. I am so happy, thank you to all the staff and management.

A huge waste of time and money. After spending 1800 pounds for treatment and a diagnosis “hyperlordosis complicated by anterior pelvic tilt and disc involvement” I didn’t notice any significant improvement.

So a doctor recommended me to stop the treatment because it doesn’t help and go to psychologist because “our brain is powerful”. I have been working with a psychologist for three years and not sure if he can explain me what I paid for.

Different staff treating you, everyone is in rush all the time. They don’t do any follow ups after the examination, just plan and prices and I had to write a letter asking to tell me what the diagnosis is.

Brilliant service from all the staff especially yohanis. I was meant to have an operation for my back and having the trestment here at proback clinic made it possible that I don’t need to go in for an operation.

My wife uses the clinic having tried many others and as always spoke very positively.
Following a prolonged time of heavy lifting and a manufactured golf swing, i developed lower back pain and severe lower back muscle pain.
I took her advise and went to the clinic in Victoria.
After consultation, I took up their offer of a twelve visit plan.
Without question it had a positive effect for me.
I started to feel an improvement after 2 treatments, along with carrying out the exercises each treatment after that gave me a tangible improvement.
Whilst the golf swing has not improved the back feels so much better.

My neck mobility has improved a lot since seeing the staff at Proback.
Thank you also to the staff at reception for making the experience a really pleasant one.
