My experience with Proback clinic was phenomenal.I had multiple issues Neck pain shoulder pain, knee pain,back pain and sciatica problem .I tried many other options in the past however ended up with little to no success.
I found this clinic through social media.I was advised 24 treatments.Honestly after six treatments I felt it was Godsend.My hope of seeing myself better increased to the next level.
I finished all the 24 treatments and it has made such a remarkable difference in my daily life.The pain has significantly decreased to almost nothing compared to what I begin with.
The entire team are truly professional and caring.I really appreciate their dedication and service.I would like to especially thank Miss Blessy ,Miss Ayushi,Miss Kunjal and Mr Arlind (he is simply the best) for their excellence care and kindness.

For years, I suffered from agonising shoulder and neck pain that impacted every part of my life. I tried countless treatments, including chiropractic care and physiotherapy, but nothing provided lasting relief. It was incredibly frustrating and disheartening to live with constant discomfort and limited mobility.

Discovering Prolozone therapy at this clinic was truly life-changing. After just two sessions, I noticed a significant reduction in pain and an improvement in my range of motion. The Proback Victoria team are very lovely. Although it turned out that I had Fibromyalgia, the K-laser and shockwave therapy brought some relief to some unbearable focus points of my pain, when my hips would jam up and my shoulder was sore. They were very understanding and flexible when I messed up my appointment timings due to brain fog, always did the best they could do to accommodate and on occasion, made time to see me if I could drop in quickly. For a long time, their treatment kept me afloat and their kindness and sensitivity honestly brightened up my days. Unfortunately, the treatment didn't fix my underlying issue (which it couldn't have), but it definitely kept me going a bit longer and it's still a great solution to non-pharmaceutical pain relief. I visited Proback after experiencing lower back pain & shoulder issues. I found the service from start to finish professional, friendly and of high standards. The reception team were efficient and personable and made everything easy. The treatment team were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, really getting to know my issue and making me feel reassured. I had a course of treatment which very cleared up my problems and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Proback again.

After years of pain and decreasing mobility due to various injuries, I took my son’s advice and booked an appointment at Proback in Victoria. For 2 years prior to the appointment, I’d been unable to stand or walk for longer than 5-10 minutes without extreme pain. I tried regular visits to a chiropractor and had some relief after each visit, but it was usually short-lived.

After just 4 Shockwave treatments in 2 weeks at Proback I was able to stand and walk for much longer, and I’ve improved with each subsequent visit. I now have more mobility and less pain in my lower back, neck and painful right shoulder than I’ve had in decades – something I believed would never improve.

The absence of pain is allowing me to sleep better, I no longer wake up in pain at night when I turn over, and consequently I have more energy during the day. My mental health has improved – probably due to lack of pain and much-needed quality sleep, but also because I can now see light at the end of the tunnel.

In the space of just 6 weeks, I went from being unable to walk or stand for longer than 10 minutes (and thinking this was permanent), to spending nearly 9 hours on my feet during a day out, only sitting down for a minute here and there. I’m stunned to be honest and very happy, and I wish I’d gone months ago as I’d be all sorted by now. (I have about 10 weeks of treatment left and a plan of exercises).

(Previous issues include a slipped disc that resulted in scoliosis of the spine, degenerative disc disease in my neck and associated nerve pain, and same problem in my lower back. Tight muscles, weak muscles, pinched nerves, tendonitis and I’ve dislocated various joints over the years – all leading to a place of virtual immobility, constant pain and chronic headaches).

I have to say thank you to everyone at Proback - Dipa for always being encouraging, the reception staff for always being helpful. Special thanks to Damanie, Ophelia and the staff involved in administering the Shockwave treatment. Big thanks to Yohanis for treating my son and giving him much-needed relief from pain and immobility. If I hadn’t seen his results with my own eyes, I’d never have booked an appointment for myself. I’m now getting back mobility that I thought had gone for good due to my age and previous injuries.

I have had neck and shoulder pain for many years and the therapy I received from Proback instantly relieved my pain and I felt 50% better after the first day. Now after 4 sessions I feel 90% better. I highly recommend.

Neck, Shoulder and Lumbar pain I had 12 week of shock wave therapy using denneroll which was given for neck cervical adjustment and thoracic spine adjustment this has reduced my muscular pain significantly and has corrected my sitting posture

I was suffering from back and shoulder pain, and on 1th of March the pain became really bad. Then after two weeks in pain i saw the post for Proback Clinic Victoria on Facebook and i gave them a call and i made appointment for examination.
On first visit they made me a scanner. On my second visit they gave me the results, they had ready plan for treatment, they examined me, and i started treatment at the same day. I felt better after just one treatment.
This new technology is amazing, it shows the exact location of the problem.

The people who working there are very kind, caring, positive, helpful, energetic and hard working.

I have distortion on the lower back and neck. I finished my first month treatment, and now i have 70% recovery, thanks to the all Proback clinic team. The pain is almost gone, and I have two months of treatment left.

ProBack is a highly effective and safe treatment which really works. Having had a frozen shoulder for over 6 months and gone to several other practitioners it was only ProBack who managed to shift it and help me gain full recovery. The staff, both medical, and front of house, are fully trained, hard-working, and highly committed to care of all their patients. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

From the minute you arrive you are welcomed into a very friendly and caring atmosphere. I was immediately feeling better.
The initial x-ray, consultation and recovery plan are quick, comfortable and informative. In my mind l was sceptical. Surely no one can be that good? Well they're that good. I went in with an extremely painful frozen shoulder and after a few visits was on the road to recovery.
The practitioners are fantastic - energetic, knowledgeable, caring and get the job done.
My mother was told by the NHS to get knee replacements but these experts had her walking again.

After suffering from a herniated disc (L5/S1) and also upper back, neck and shoulder pains for a number of years I thought all was lost. I had tried everything from chiropractors, physios, cortisone shots and acupuncture. All would help alleviate the pain short term but nothing would solve the problem. I was stuck in a vicious cycle of having to see them on a weekly basis.

I saw an advert for Proback and thought why not (I’d tried everything else). It was so refreshing to be shown by Dr Chris on my X-rays what was actually wrong with me and form a long term plan to correct it. All I had heard for the past few years is that it’s because I work in an office and sit at a desk all day.

With a combination of shockwave treatment, exercises and spinal orthic pillows I am feeling better than I ever have done. I am less stiff, my mobility is improving and although not completely pain free yet, the difference is night and day from where I started! I look forward to continuing my recovery and would recommend the clinic to anyone who has back issues.

Everyone at the clinic is extremely nice, from the ladies on reception to the team who do the shockwave treatments. Dr Chris is a great guy and really cares about your recovery.

Yes it is expensive but you are investing in your health long term and don’t think you can put a price on that. Especially if you add up all the previous costs of seeing a chiropractor week in week out to get that slight relief.

I was recommended proback by my husband who has hugely benefited from the shockwave treatment offered. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain and mid/lower back pain.
