When the parcel arrived I had to pay 15 euro for delivery.
This amount had to bei paid additionally to the costs for delivery that had already been paid in advance when I ordered the product.

Be aware of extra custom costs.
The price of custom is not clearly declared during the order process. Delivery costs were 7€. On top I had to pay 43.43€ for the custom process.

Worse online experience and customer care EVER
usually I do not write bad reviews, because many times problems could be outside hand of the seller.
This time I can not hide how bad was my purchase experience withh Probikekit.
Preface: I've already bought small and cheap items 1 time in the pas, everything fine and smooth.
This time I purchased an expensive product (bike case, more than 400euro) that has to be shipped to Switzerland, not so far from them.
After 10 days nothing happen, I contact customer service, reply just "please wait". After 2 days a message says that product is back to them and I will be refunded (things that happened in about 15 days).
Noone at customer care is able to tell me why this is happened.
Because I really need this case and their price was very good with huge discount (15% less than any other), I ordered it again and immeditely sent email to customer care explaining what happened and to take care of the delivery please.
Days pass, nothing, I contact them and receive a tracking number. Tracking shows that the pack is somewhere parked by NL Post and wait for delivery.
After 5-6 days nothing happens, I write again customer care and message is only "wait please"
I waited again 1 week, write again and it seems that always someone else reply and NEVER read previous messages. Finally someone reply me that he has escaled the problem. 5 days pass (that means about 20 days since order): I receive email that pack is back to them. No messages, noone knows why and reply to my email are without any meaning.

What I believe? the price advertised was false and they do not want to deliver the product, just make a fake delivery to make me silent and keep my money.
Now I'm still waiting refund (again).
