I don't give 5 starts
I don't give 5 starts just because, for my experience, the delivery times are too long for small parcels inside EU. From order to home it took 7 business days in a total of 9 natural days.

Seasucker Talon
I bought a Seasucker Talon bicycle holder with a 15 mm shaft adapter. It came with the 15 mm adapter inside the box, which was opened for that, but they removed the standard 9 mm adapter and skewer that is included in all the kits ( Seasucker confirmed me that ) and that part is listed in the box as being included.
The only solution they give to me is that I can return the item with no cost if not satisfied.
I want the product, but I do want all the parts that come with it.
Not happy at all.

Como referido por mail a ficha técnica do porta bicicletas no nosso site indica um eixo de 15mm, eixo que recebeu.
Este artigo existe também com eixo de 9 mm, embora o fornecedor utilise a mesma embalagem são duas referências diferentes.
De facto foi-lhe proposto efetuar a devolução sem qualquer custo e será reembolsado.
