Decorated our new David Wilson home.

Decorated our new David Wilson home.

144 decorating defects reported through an average sized three bedroom house. Have so far only been out and filled various gaps/marks but not been back to sand down or paint anything. House has now been covered in filler marks for over a week and not turned up to booking today.

As a direct result of the extremely poor standard of decorating, we've suitably marked down the house builder on their NHBC survey as it is wholly unacceptable.

If we were to buy a new house again, I would seriously consider avoiding a developer that use Prodec due to the standards experienced here.
