Smooth and empathetic recruitment process

They will literally hold your hands and get you a job, at least that was my experience with them. They called me throughout, before the interview, after the interview to ask how it went and even when I got the job, they reached out regularly to ensure I was being treated well. To think I hadn’t taken the platform seriously at first. I wish I got to know about ProDev earlier.

Initially I was a bit reluctant to complete my profile after signing up, cos I thought it would be one of those websites that keep posting jobs but might not be real. Then I get a notification, which compelled me to complete my profile in other to apply for the job I got promoted for.

Guys the entire process didn’t take 2 weeks. From call to first interview, to second interview and then offer(seamless, no endless hoping). Plus I got a follow up at Almost every point and stage.

Pretty soon LinkedIn might be a last option for both recruiters and people looking for jobs, if Prodevs continue at this rate.

Working with ProDevs turned out to be one of those “okay, this actually works” experiences.

Communication is also straightforward. You’re not chasing updates or wondering what’s happening with your hiring pipeline. There’s a clear flow from request to shortlist to interviews.

One thing I found useful is how they handle global talent. It’s easier to access skilled people without the usual stress of sourcing across different platforms.
