Very good, boots came in good condition and were real. They just had a bit of its downsides because of some of the printing melting and ripping off but it was so little and the overall boot was good

Bought a padel racket from here
Bought a padel racket from here. It came damaged with a chip on the top of the racket. Bear in mind a chip in a padel racket is quite vital and will decrease the amount of use I get out of it quite a bit since I’ll be using it with force etc. Their response to this was £10 store credit. What can that even get someone these days, disappointed is an understatement. I also don’t complain a lot and am quite easy going but that email response was the cherry on top.

Maybe free delivery over £100 next time?
Boots a good competetive price - delivered quickly, and were the right size. My only gripe was that even spending over £100, I had to pay £5 postage.
