He didn't cancel the subscription when we asked him, even though he confirmed the cancellation. The money was withdrawn anyways. He did not return most of the charged money, even after we reached an agreement that he would return it in November 2023. He still owes us more than 1,200€.

Makai has since blocked both our email domains and decided not to answer any more emails as late as December 2024.

The rest of the experience was okay, though not entirely friction-free — our account has been locked multiple times.

I cannot recommend Product London Design. Since it is a Limited registered in the UK, it is very challenging to legally hold anyone accountable from outside the UK.

The growth numbers aren’t quite what they state on their website but they’re still really good and much better than other companies I’ve tried. I’ve now been using them for over 6 months with no issues at all. It’s nice to be able to leave that running in the background while I get on with running my business.

I can’t thanks Makai and his team enough for the help they’ve given me with my social media. I was a bit lost with it all but now I get new clients directly from social media every month.

As a business owner, there’s so many ways to boost sales. It’s so easy to lose money figuring it out! I’ve used a few of product London’s services and each worked really well ( apart from the Pinterest service). The customer service is really good and they explain all the process from start to finish.

Awesome, definitely give them a try. Simple process, free trial and delivered real followers with super high engagement.

Great experience with PLD. Did what they said they would do and if any technical issues arose, they were responsive and offered extended time of services without charge to make up for it. Communicative and personal attention (thanks Makai!) helped us grow our business over the past couple of years. Highly recommend them for anyone wanting to increase their presence.

This guys really helped me with my social media. As a business owner, I didn’t not have enough time to focus on my socials and needed some help. The content is next level and I’m really with how my page is looking.

Great job of helping my three photography pages gain followers. All positive so far.

Positives:

1. Bit of a turnaround around in attitude and help from makai during my 2nd stint with them.

2. Earned new followers- but over almost a 2 and a half year period.

Negatives:

1. In the end I was happy to be done with their services and everything was more calm & relaxed. Such as my instagram not being disabled frequently as a result of this.

2. I was led to believe my content was poor.

3. Every time I looked to leave I mysteriously saw a huge increase in followers.

4. Horrendous experience first time with the company.

5. Made to unfollow my own ‘followed’ users first time round.

6. Confrontational and unprofessional occasionally.

I contacted Product London Design back in 2018 and explained them what my idea was and what I wanted to achieve.
