Items not delivered and company ignoring calls and e-mails

I really don't like leaving poor reviews for businesses, but I felt that it's best to warn others about this company. We bought around £3,000 of stainless steel kitchen units from them over a month ago. Initial communication before buying was good, but then the first delivery date was missed, and so was the re-arranged second delivery date. At this point the company simply stopped answering any of our e-mails, wouldn't respond to voicemails, and as of 21st October their phone line is seemingly no longer being answered at all. We now don't have a kitchen and have no way of getting in touch with them about the order. We are now in the process of seeking a refund through our credit card provider. Their website appears to still be taking orders, but I would personally be vary wary of using them.
