We hold stocks of plasterboard as well as plaster and render. Stocking InteX tools enables tradesmen to pick up any new equipment at the same time as they get the items they need for work.
We carry a large stock of stud & track. Large quantities can be shipped via our own transport
We stock façade profiles - including ventilation angles, strips as well as insect mesh.
Our online website offers next day delivery as standard (Tuffnells willing) and now with a trade counter we're open to the public for those times when next day isn't just quick enough.

Be careful
Before you order make sure that you are 100% sure the goods you want are the ones you are looking for. If you want to return anything there is a 40% restocking fee so on a small order you will not get anything back or worse end up worse off.

We are sorry that you feel shopping with us was only worth a one star review. We feel it is a slightly overzealous review as it may overlook things that you may not realise. Let me first say we are a small, startup company. Every penny is vital to us for daily survival. We do not hide our restocking fee and if asked we are always transparent with any customer who calls us about it. In many cases we send out samples to customers for them to view before they place their main order to prevent them from going through the agony of returning items - which is never pleasant, no matter the supplier. We have our restocking fee clearly written on our delivery page, as we would hope ALL customers would read this before buying anything from us. We never go out of our way to hide anything from any potential customer.
It is not unusual for online retailers to have a restocking fee because of the hidden costs that a customer may not see when the retailer has to deal with returns. In an awful lot of cases we make a loss on any return (we will on your order) which during a recession is not ideal for any company. Hence the high restocking fee, hoping that customers will ensure their order is perfect before placing it with us, even if it means dozens of phone calls to us and a few samples being sent.
In your case due to simple things being overlooked you felt you needed to leave us a one star review and wouldn’t recommend us again which is a shame. As far as we were aware you bought something from us, we shipped and delivered the correct item two days later. Everything appeared to be perfect from our point of view.
A valuable lesson for both of us, maybe. Does it justify a one star review? We don’t believe it does.
