Hi, I am Maya David who used to be an employee in one of their call centers.
This company connects with many call centers in Asia and buy data from advertisements. They hired Asian so that they have no responsibility if they break the law. What they want is to activate your ONLINE TRADING ACCOUNT. But you can never withdraw your money. U may win but later on, they will convince u to deposit more. When u lose, they get the money. They also fraud many people and fresh graduate that the job in call center is just an online marketing Job.
Anyone who see that this is a bad company and they don't want to continue shall be kicked of with out a penny. =(((

PLEASE BEWARE OF www.profitstrade dot com they use the same name like other companies. they never stop harrassing you until you get legal help. they are sitting outside the uk. they dont give you the option to cancel. the phone number and the information on their website are not correct they do not exist be careful dont pay any money

Have been trying for 2 months to get £100 back from a false sale but they keep promising and never refunding the money. What can I do next

It is good for beginners, if you are new to this. But if you have any idea what you are doing, then avoid this company. You will not be happy with the service.

Absolute scum bags! I too invested the minimum £250, then was ‘persuaded’ by my so called ‘friendly personal account manager - Frank Bernard’ - that I should invest up to the next level to make it much more effective. Stupidly I put in another £1750 and was then advised to make a ‘test’ withdrawal of £100 to prove that I could ‘easily’ and ‘quickly’ withdraw funds when I needed them.
Well what a surprise- they were the only funds I could withdraw. I decided back in November that I really wasn’t comfortable with the whole thing- shame I didn’t listen to my own misgivings when I first started - and I said I wanted to close my account and get some or all of my £2500 back.
At that point my ‘personal account manager’ disappeared off the face of the earth, and when eventually good old ‘Nick Carter’ finally responded to me he said that Frank Bernard has been in a car accident and was off work!! What a load of Rubbish. Nick Carter said he’d sort everything out but needed a couple of weeks - that was on the 4/11/19, and that was a lie too.

My account is now showing as closed with zero funds, and despite over 30 emails and numerous phone calls since the 6/11/19, each time with a ‘standard’ response of it’s being looked into, I have heard nothing and got nothing. So, although I appreciate that my losses are a lot less than some people’s on here, I nevertheless feel gutted that I was scammed in this way.

I got a very charming broker when he asked me to invest Moore money. And his working hours at that time where 24/7
But when it came to helping me trade it took the most 1/2 hr maybe less. The broker gets “transfer “ after i refuser to invest more money 3 rd time round in a pace of 1 week. Another broker takes iver

Me of 8 thousand USD then he had now s skin over his face to ask me to invest again and further more advising me to borrow money from loan shacks with a percentage of 15,5% so just to cut a long short my dear innocent people out there

anyone who has written a postive review about this lot are part of the scam. they are scum. a fake add pretending to be by tv money guru brought them to my attention. all i wanted was a small amount of bitcoin. they offered me a basic $250 investment which i tried. they then phoned every day many times saying i had to invest more to get any money back. minimum $2000. i tried out of intrest to withdraw some money from my 'account' and was unable to. then they said it had all been taken by forex as i wasnt using the system. i had explained to them many times that i was ill with cancer and could not respond to all their calls. despite that they kept phoning for more money and also gave my no. to every scam mob in the uk.
i sincerely hope all the vile creepy sleezy knds get cancer. if you are one of them i would like to kill you. you are the lowest bottom feeding filth there is and you will get cancer. i send it to you. if you have money with them start proceedings to reclaim now.

Never invest money there
When u want your money withdraw they take 1month for completed but money not come too, THey trade for you at begining for you trust them and stop when they see you not put more money.
After when they see you trade with few revenu they trade instead of you and make you loose all your balance, example my lot was max 14 000 and when i look movie i get message like i loose all balance with usd/rub
The pair i never use Nickolas carter i guess acc manager trade 500000 and make loose all balance
That perfect scam if you havefamilly or need money never i said never invest in that

STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. Really cannot emphasize the point enough. You will constantly be told we are looking into your account when you are wanting to withdraw funds (to date it is well into the second month that I am still waiting to hear from them). Your withdrawal requests will constantly be cancelled for unknown reasons.
I decided to send an email to state I was having difficulty in adding funds and that's right, you guessed it, I received a phone call within several minutes. Do not be duped by their calm and nurturing talk that they will help/guide you into making money. Their only concern is to take that money.

Total scum, never able to take money out for whatever reason they choose and that's because your money is well spent , this company is the same as rimarkets and infinitrade run by scamming scum bags robbing people of their hard earned cash . trading with this company for the last 7 month, very please about the service and the help of their brokers, I trading mostly on crypto and making nice returns, only thing that could use an upgrade is their web platform because I dont like the MT4, but aside from that I really like working with them

I started with an initial investment of $250 and was promised the world in returns. They harassed me into investing more which i did. i noticed some reckless trading and decided to withdraw my money. When i gave them notice to withdraw all of a sudden my balance was zero! when i queried this i was fed all sorts of stories, i never received my money back, the broker was a Jamie Millar!
Profit-Trade has started contacting me to offer me a refund but through another trading platform, they are asking to go into my bank account while they are on line, another scam!!! be aware of these low life scum

It’s a scam, read the terms, they are ridiculous, if you don’t invest for 1 month they take £85 plus 10% out of your account also trying to get your money out is like getting blood out of a stone. Theses terms should not be allowed

only had good experiences , now for 13 months a clients and do not plan to leave anytime soon , started on their webtrader moved now to MT4

have had account now for the last 3 months and till now no problems what so ever. i choice them because of the algotrading and their service and platform for me was and is as advertised. no complaints
