Amazing solid feels expensive looks great and running is super smooth

Initially the treadmill was unusable as there’s a process you have to go through that’s not documented anywhere on the manual. When I contacted customer services they could not help. Luckily I found a YouTube video from another customer with the answer

Great product and timely shipment.
Delivery guys were a little unprepared.

My bike is unusable, they were first contacted about this 15th February. At the start of March they said they dispatched a a part, they haven’t
I keep telling them as well i need 2 parts not one.
Really poor

Customer service was poor. Shipping date changed and they would not give me an update when this would be.
There was also an offer on at the time for 1 year subscription to ifit free but by the time the treadmill was sent they changed this to 1 month. I had many emails to them and phoned over 4 numbers to get help but everyone kept telling me it was another departments issue. They would not honour the one year subscription as they thought I made it up but lucky I took a photo before purchasing which proved the offer. They still were going to refuse the deal but I also had written confirmation from a sales rep confirmations one year free and they immediately authorised it. Treadmill quality however is great

Purchased a Proformfitness Tour-De-France 2 bike (TDF 2) did not use it much for the first two years.
When the pandemic started i turned it on and the software updated and corrupted the console making the bike a very large useless doorstop.
I contacted Proformfitness only to be told the bike is discontinued and they do not stock spares and idvised me to contact IFit. IFit told me the same. So i took the bike to the skip.
The bottom line is this bike cost me about £1,400 and i had it for just over two years b4 it stopped working. I could have got 5yrs gym membership for that price.
Rubbish.

Treadmill ordered directly from their website and took 5 days to arrive - no problem so far.

Treadmill arrived incomplete so had to contact customer services via their online form (no number advertised although you can get through by calling sales). I eventually received a response with a copy of the user manual (which also was not in the box) advising me to list each part not delivered - there were approx 130 different parts in an exploded diagram in the user manual. I don't think so.

So here we are 3 weeks later. They've collected the treadmill (2 weeks ago) but still have not provided the refund. A response from "customer services" simply asking for more time.

Sales seems to be provided by Proform Fitness UK (whom I spoke to a couple of times trying to resolve this issue) and they couldn't have been nicer and appologetic.

Sadly, customer services seems to be provided by their parent company Icon Health and Fitness and they are simply shocking.

Please read the reviews here and DO NOT BUY from them. If things go wrong, it will need a nightmare to resolve.

I ordered a treadmill at the beginning of February and was advised I would have a 3-week wait for my order. At the end of the 3-weeks, I contacted customer services for advice on an ETA. The 1st Customer Service agent advised that the order would need to be escalated as the item was at the courier but the couriers website was down. They advised that they’d call back. No call came. The following day I called back again and was advised the item was actually out of stock completely. The agent came back on email offering some alternatives but sadly the spec was insufficient so we agreed on a refund whilst we looked at our options. They offered no discounts on other models by way of compensation - despite me pointing out that I’d got a 10% code already, which I could use online but couldn’t be used in replacing an existing order.

The refund process was slick and prompt and all emails promised were followed up quickly. The team on that front were very good.

Oddly, a day later the same treadmill I had been told was out of stock was back in stock on the website.

We went to another retailer and got our treadmill next day with a higher spec and for less money.

I sense that the manufacturer would prefer customers to buy from a different retailer than direct as their pricing and delivery proposition is considerably weaker - even on their own models.

Contacted them they said the item was out of stock, but it's in stock now and they will contact me to book delivery and they didn't Contact me till now

Still waiting on a order which was meant to be delivered a week ago now. I’ve been in touch and no one is letting me know when it will be delivered and making up excuse why it hasn’t been. All money has left my bank account.

Great service from the team at proform.
Equipment ordered online and delivered on time. On set up it was noted that a wheel was missing (not essential to use) but one phone call sorted the problem with a spare part delivered in the next days post.

Easy process, delivered when expected. No issues putting together myself (I’m a <5’4” female with no particular strength!). Connected to iFit easily. Nice to have a follow on call from customer services to check all going ok.

Fantastic service from ordering to delivery.

Complete with Ifit app makes treadmill running a lot more interesting

Bought this after doing a lot of research following a knee injury. Very impressed with the build quality and so far not had any further knee issues. Definitely worth looking at for rehab

I bought the Tour de France bike, excellent piece of kit, fully adjustable with simulated gearing and hill climbing almost the real thing. Worjs well with ifit.

Fast prompt service. Good company to deal with.

Bought a Proform CSE 325 crosstrainer. its so noisy we dont use it any more. The noise of metal clashing off metal as the bars move is unbearable. would never buy a proform again

Purchased an elliptical machine at the end of September. After setting the machine up and then turning it on, it was determined that the motor was faulty and replacement parts would be sent to an engineer and to wait 7-12 days. To date, after daily, weekly phones calls still not had a response back. Come and pick the machine back up
