I had a terrible experience with Profumeria Nuur. I ordered a perfume and selected Lithuania for delivery, which is part of the EU. However, after several days of waiting, they told me they don’t deliver to the EU, showing a complete lack of knowledge that Lithuania is in the European Union. A few days later, they changed their statement and claimed they do not deliver to Lithuania, even though their website already allowed me to select Lithuania as the shipping destination.

This demonstrates their staff’s incompetence—they don’t even understand their own policies or geography.

When I requested a refund because of these issues, they initially processed it, only to cancel the refund later and take the money back, even though I never received the product. It’s now been almost a month, and they are still holding my money. I had to involve my bank to dispute the transaction, but Profumeria Nuur is actively contesting it and refusing to return the funds.

This company is unprofessional and deceitful. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Profumeria Nuur, as their behavior is highly suspicious and borderline fraudulent.
