Really disappointed ..
Sincere apologies if I have the wrong company .... seem to be a few trading under progas ......Really disappointed ... wayne serviced our boiler last year and couldn't fault him .... he sent us a reminder this year and after several admin issues he was expected to service our boiler this morning .... he didn't turn up ... I've rang and had my calls declined and I've WhatsApped messaged and seen he's read the calls and still not responded ... I've requested that he could come tomorrow morning.... could you please send someone else if hes unavailable please !

100% trustworthy and reliable. The customer service is excellent, as is the quality of their workmanship. They may be slightly more expensive than others I have used in the past, but that extra money is worth my peace of mind.

The operative was on time, unfortunately my husband did not her his knock and I met him outside when I came back from a trip to the local dump, 9.05 the operative did not tell me had actually been waiting - very kind of him!
