I ordered a mobility scooter 2 years…

I ordered a mobility scooter 2 years ago and never received the merchandise. I have not been refunded the money I paid them. They are not working with my credit card company so I am out the money. They make you pay up front and when you check status of delivery you are told it’s on its way. 2 years is a long time to wait. All I want is what is due me! Not an honest company to deal with. I learned an expensive lesson, don’t let it happen to you!

I had to start a lawsuit

I had to start a lawsuit, I received $600 out of $3,800 owed to me, its been 10 months, it turns out they are in financial trouble.
They are not good for returns, refunds, they tell you what you want to hear but evidently don't mean a word. I was passed around from every manager all the way to Jackie the CFO. I received a bed missing important parts, it was promised in 5 days and took 6 weeks. They couldn't get the parts from Drive Co. and It took 5 weeks to pick it up.

Service - Buyer beware!

The upfront sales service and delivery are amazing, but when you need service FORGET IT! If they tell you that there is a warranty for 5 years, do not believe it. They lie! There is 6 months on the battery and 1 year parts and labor. After that, one bolt breaks and you are paying hundreds!!

An order was placed at 2:45pm and…

An order was placed at 2:45pm and called to cancel at 5:18PM same day. I was informed Customer Service is gone for the day and that they cannot cancel and to call back the next day. I also emailed at that same moment and same day. When I called to cancel the next day they said I'd be charge 4% cancellation when the order is not processed nor shipped. Website posted business hours 8AM to 10PM and no where does it say that you cannot cancel after 5PM or you'll be charged 4% cancellation fee. The representative was talking rudely and refused to help and hung up on me. When I called back requesting to speak to a manager I got another person who treated me the same way and also hang up on me. They have no customer service and care not about mistreating their customer.

Received an ew46 more than a week ago

Received an ew46 more than a week ago. Item came without a Key.No way to start it. Called immediately to report problem told a tech will contact me to replace the ignition system so I would be able to use it.No call ever came.No contact from Progress to me. I had to initiate all the contacts. The bill is in dispute with American Express. It will stay in dispute until the bike is fixed or it is picked up. I am out of patience.

20% for restocking plus shipped it back almost 50% lost of total Purchased

I went online to look for a wheelchair for my mother-in-law, she is a 70 year old person, when I was doing the purchase over the phone the sale never mentioned if I want to returned the Pride Go Chair they Will Keep 20% of the price that I paid for it, plus I have to paid to returning something that she didn't even use, so this people are seating and just taking money for people just doing nothing, unfortunately I read the reviews to late, getting money from people that hardly put together some money to afford this scooter or control remote wheelchair to improve their day by day in life isn't fair. They said is advertised on their website but is not and the sale John never mention anything to me about loosing almost half of my money if i want top return The Pride Go Chair.

This review applies to the EW-36…

This review applies to the EW-36 distributed by EWheelsUSA and sold by Progress Mobility out of Florida. The scooter is marketed as being the "fastest" mobility scooter on the market and it is fast; but with fast comes the need to have braking power to match that speed. The EW-36 is potentially a great scooter; but they have routed the rear brake lines across the lowest point on the scooter and held it there with a zip tie. Well, the first flea market we took it to, the tie broke and now the brake lines are dangling to about 3" off the ground. Can you imagine moving along at 18 mph and suddenly discovering that you have no rear brakes? This defect is dangerous and a recall needs to be issued to fix this problem before someone gets hurt. It is a simple fix and merely involves routing the cable above the frame, rather than under it. ---I guess the companies don't really care, just as they have not offered to fix my non-functioning turn signals (delivered with turn signals acting as 4-way flashers rather than turn signals. Apparently wired wrong.) At this point, I can not recommend the EW-36 scooter, nor the companies importing and distributing them.

Only 48 hours to deliver.

We ordered a brand new Pride Victory 10 scooter to be delivered to my mother. The price was $200 cheaper than everywhere else on line, and it only took 2 days to arrive in perfect working condition. We will certainly use Progress Mobility if we need to order anything else. Thank you.
