11/10 garms and customer service

I cant recommend PROJECT101 enough.
Copped a 5 for £70 deal on 300gsm, triple-stitching tees. Great quality and feel on them, tasteful colour choices available. Very happy with that.
What really got me to write this review though was the outstanding customer service.
There were issues with the delivery via Royal Mail - out of PROJECT101’s control I should note - and their clear, timely responses to amend the situation turned the experience from one of frustration to appreciation as they laid out a clear plan going forward with no expense on my end.
Fantastic, 10/10 would recommend for both quality garms and for a prompt, thoughtful customer service experience
