Flawless from start to finish!
There simply isn't one aspect of the service I received that I could fault.
Made to feel valued throughout the whole process, non-pushy sales, very knowledgeable about the products they are selling.
My application was quite demanding and I felt in completely safe hands throughout.
If you're in need of anything that these guys sell - buy it from them, nobody else in my opinion. They're doing things right!

The ViewSonic projector they recommended for me was exactly what I needed. The fan was quiet. The colours were bright and the image was crisp, and they didn’t press me to spend more money than my budget.

Worst customer service!
I bought a projector screen with them, however due to building delays, i was only ready to install the screen after the return period had lapsed. It was only when I opened the box that I realised that the size the advertise on their website is not the actual size including the casing of the screen, which meant it wouldn't fit on my wall cavity. I contacted this company for an exchange to a smaller screen highlighting this misinformation on their website, but they refused to exchange for me, even though I offered to pay a restocking fee. Proof they admit fault of misinformation is that now they stopped replying to my emails however have since added the acurate measurement information to their website.
I am left with a 600£ screen which I have no use for.
This company customer service is very unhelpful and u would not recommend to anybody.

Rafael, I do not agree with your 1 star for the following reasons.
You purchased a screen in July and only in October asked to return it, well exceeding the normal 30 day return period. Even so we were happy to accept it back if it was in good condition. Sadly the condition of the box was so poor, and covered in silver tape that it would have to be graded as a "B Grade" and our policy is to reduce our sales price by 50%. I offered you on the 13/10 for us to work our a restocking fee or would you like to try and sell it yourself. You never responded to this but just asked for a discount of a much cheaper screen.
In regard to the website not being clear about the casing size, we dealt with that on the 12/10 where I sent you a screenshot of the website. Under the specification tab it clearly stated the casing was 234cm, and the viewable area was 203cm. We also have a detailed PDF on all pages. You did not dispute that information was there at the time of your purchase.
However this is a mute point, even if the casing had been 203 not 234cm it would have been 100cm too long, as you ordered a screen twice the length you needed!
Clearly someone didn't measure your area when ordering, and the web changes we have made which we do all the time is a red herring.
In fact the box would have been nearly 300cm long so I fail to understand why someone needed to destroy it to see it wouldn't go into a 100cm space.
I am proud that we invest in our website, and make changes. There have been over 35 changes made this month.
Throughout your discussion with us we have replied over 17 times, we have not ignored you at all. The last email you sent to me was on Thursday, I have been off for two days during half-term so I have not responded. I would have responded on Monday on my return.
I therefore assume this one star review to to aid in your negotiation with the return of the screen rather than reflect the service you have received.
I always give my customers the benefit of the doubt on any returns. However in this case due to the length of time and the condition of the goods there is little discussion other than what the restocking fee can be, rather than a discount off another screen which is significantly cheaper.

This is an excellent company. I ordered a projector from them but due to my own ignorance I needed an upgrade so I could get "audio out". All this oting and frying was handled with skill and understanding by the Just Projectors team. I now have the equipment I need but the process was quite stressful for me but handled with sensitivity by the JP team. If you're looking for a projector seek their advice and guidance.
